Great location!! Right off the marina
Really loved the outside seating area on the first floor. Bartenders and staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Rooms seemed dated. Old carpet. Looked dirty around the edges. Rooms were noisy. Heard a lot of street noise. Needs a good update.
Gym had no weights. No fan. No AC.
It is a nice hotel in a super convenient location. They have a garage. Breakfast was excellent! The room was not too big but ok. The staff is very nice and helpful.

At breakfast, they only offer scrambled eggs and not any other kinds.

A real feel of luxury & history about this hotel, with great staff. I love that the rooms are like suites, & bringing back the history of the era of the PanAm flying boats, with stopovers having been made at Horta. The location is overall the best in all of Horta, near the marina, close to the beach, & start point of the promenade, the other end being the Ferry Terminal.
I just wished there were sockets beside the beds.

- Joli hôtel en plein centre d'Horta, très propre et confortable.
- Des fruits, des petits gâteaux et de l'eau avaient été déposés pour nous dans la chambre à notre arrivée.
- Bon petit déjeuner, avec du choix salé et sucré.
- Nous avons bien aimé la décoration de l'hôtel, autour du voyage et de l'aviation, et avec une petite ambiance rétro.
Il y a un parking public et gratuit juste à côté, mais en plein été, celui-ci est parfois plein.

Room was big enough.
The staff was always “busy” and not very proactive with requests. There was always no water or towels in the room. The staff was always confused with pre-bookings and not warm or welcoming.
