Hotelli sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla Hortassa, ja tilatusta näköalahuoneesta näkyi naapurisaaren Pico-vuori. Saunaosasto on mukava, kaikki löytyy: erinomainen sauna, höyrysauna, jacuzzi ja pieni kuntosali. Suihkut ja pukuhuoneet sekä miehille että naisille. Pukuhuoneiden välissä olevalla penkillä on kori, joka on täynnä kylpypyyhkeitä, joten huoneen pyyhettä ei tarvitse ottaa mukaan saunaosastolle. Hotellihuone oli tilava ja erittän siisti. Hotellin henkilökunta äärettömän ystävällinen. Ravintolan aamiainen oli monipuolinen. Baarista saa pientä syötävää ravintolan tarjonnan lisäksi.
