Right in the centre of town, perfect location.
Our initial room was a little noisy being underneath the jacuzzi but staff were incredibly helpful sorting us out a new room
A szállás közvetlenül a kikötő mellett található, minden közel van: a hajó/kompkikötő, a belváros, a feketehomokos csodálatos strand egy kis utcán keresztül megközelíthető, de ha nem akarod elhagyni a szállodát, a wellnessrészlegben is kipihenheted magad. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész mindenben. Az ágyak mesések, ahogy a csodás reggeli is. Az Azori-szigeti tartózkodásunk alatt kétszer szálltunk meg itt és szívesen visszatérnénk. Mivel éppen születésnapom volt, a szálloda jégbehűtött pezsgővel lepett meg minket. A két tartózkodás között, amíg más szigeteket kerestünk fel, a nagybőröndünket a hotelben tárolhattuk. Igazi feltöltődést és pihenést nyújtott a szálloda az utazásunk során.
Nincs ilyen. A kikötő felé, Picora néző szobák csendesebbek, mint a templomra nézők.

Location: perfect for people who have some reduced mobility/back and knees pain.
Beautifully located facing Pico and Horta Marina, close to everything.
Hotel: beautifully decorated, has 6 social areas, with confortable couches. Loved the woollen carpets and sofas on the Insula Room.
Room: Spacious, needs some redos (mattress and closet, shower)
Staff: staff is overall friendly and focused
Breakfast: very good!
Next time in Faial i will stay here again, no doubt.

Jacuzzi: it's extremely dirty on the skimmer, seems it has never been cleaned and bubbles aren't working.
I didn't like having to leave. Loved the Hotel and loved Horta.
