Pros:

La ubicación es excelente , sus habitaciones muy amplías , limpias y cómodas.

Cons:

El desayuno que incluye está bien, pero aparte pedí unos chilaquiles y la verdad no fueron mucho de mi agrado.

LA UBICACION ESTABA CORRECTA. QUE TUVIERA BALCONES LOS CUALES SE PODIA VER PARTE DE LA CIUDAD. LA HABITACION ERA ESPACIOSA, YA QUE CONTABA CON 2 RECAMARAS. EL DESAYUNO ESTUVO COMO EXTRA, PERO MUY BASICO,

HUBIERA ESTADO EXCELENTE QUE TUVIERA ELEVADOR PARA LAS MALETAS. LAS PERSIANAS DE LAS VENTANAS YA NO CERRABAN BIEN. EL VENTILADOR QUE TENIAN DABA BUEN AIRE, PERO SONABA DEMASIADO, NO DEJABA DORMIR SI LO ENCENDIAMOS. A MI ESPOSO A PARTIR DE AQUI LE SALIERON LESIONES EN LA PIEL TANTO EN BRAZOS COMO PIERNAS, Y COMO TENIA EL HOTEL EL ANTECEDENTE DE CHINCHES, NO SABEMOS SI FUE A CAUSA DE ESO O ALGUNA DERMATITIS POR OTRA RAZON, PERO FUE A PARTIR DE AQUI QUE LE RESULTARON. Great hotel in Morelia for the price. The location is great for exploring Morelia on foot - you can walk to all the main sights and more. We ended up being given a 2 bedroom suite which was nice for the extra space. The beds were pretty comfortable. The parking is a few minutes walk down the road but still convenient. Would stay here again.

Hotel bien servicio del personal nefasto
Pros:

La ubicación muy buena, las recamaras bien muy amplias y limpias, les falta un poco de pintura en los techos principalmente del baño, en general bien

Cons:

Que no dicen que el estacionamiento tiene un horario reducido y no está en el hotel está a 4 cuadras, el desayuno muy raquítico, (solo café, pan y 5 cuadritos de fruta) , algunas personas del personal muy groseras

The Room was big, clean and the staff was. Nice.

Cons:

At first they send to a very dark room, at first floor at the very back of the building, when Ireserve I asked for a room with balcony, because for me is hard to be in darkness, and a please with no ventilation, the room had two windows, when trying to opend it the blinds folding over me and the windows were broken, on the safe, I tell the men on reception and he told that it wasn't important no body will go inside the room, with no good mod he accepts to move me, I didn't enjoy how I though, I'm sorry.

Suficiente céntrico

Cons:

Empezamos con decir que este no es un hotel, como mucho es un hostal. Y seguro no de 4 estrellas. Entiendo que puedan no tener dinero para la reforma integral que este sitio desesperadamente necesita, pero la total falta de cuidado es inadmisible, y significa que no entiende que significa estar en el negocio de la hospitalidad. Ejemplos: baños, mamparas llenos de moho. Una cama que crujía, con un “colchón” que como mucho era un tratamiento, duro y con formas. Malísimo para descansar. Almohadas que habían explotado hace tiempo y no le interesa cambiar. Sábanas demasiado pequeñas para la cama, y viejas. El toallero en el baño caído y ni lo volvieron a atornillar, quién sabe hace cuanto. En el desayuno tuvimos que pedir pan tostados porque nos trajeron 2 pedidos de 4 rebanadas pero éramos 6. Lógico sería 2 cada uno, no? Pues, nos trajeron solo 2 rebanadas más, no 4. El segundo día tuvimos que volver a pedirlas. Total, he dormido en hostales que parecen de lujo en comparación. 4 estrellas dices? JA!

Buenos momentos en Morelia
Pros:

El personal fue maravilloso..Iván me ayudó mucho. Contestó todas mis preguntas sobre la ciudad, sobre el hotel y me consiguió un taxi cuando lo necesitaba. Iunuen, la recamarista, siempre se aseguraba de que tuviera agua y dejaba la habitación muy limpia. Cuando me fui el personal se despidió de mí con abrazos.

Cons:

Nada. Estoy muy contento con mi estancia en Hotel y Suites Galería. Fue super cómodo y tranquilo. La ubicación es perfecta para conocer el centro de la ciudad. Cerca del Hotel hay una gran selección de restaurantes.
