Good service, great breakfast
Pool was closed for our entire stay. We chose here to swim and we couldn't. It should be on your website if the pool is down. There were a lot of unhappy families there.

The waterside wasn't working when we were there
The slide and hot tub were mot working. The tiles in the pool have sharp edges and cut the bottom of my son's foot. The hotel manager said thry knew about the tiles. Beds were hard as a rock. The flooring was peeling up in the elevator
All around it was great. Breakfast was excellent. We go to Superior Duluth at least once a summer and will be staying here.
The pool was great. Walked right in but it seems that hot tubs lately are not operating. This was no different.

The breakfast was okay.
We booked this hotel for the slide and kiddie pool for our 4 year old. When we arrived we were informed that the pool was not fully operational, the kiddy pool, slide and hot tub were out of order. I asked if this would be fixed during our stay and was informed that its a months long issue. I asked if we should have been informed about it because it was not listed anywhere when I booked my stay on March 30th. The front desk staff advised the pool issue began on May 13th, and i was told that because I booked through booking.com, I would not have been made aware of the non working pool. Also I was informed my rate could not be changed and there was nothing they could offer due to booking through a 3rd party. I was told that a a manager would contact me but my only contact was with front desk staff. At the end of the stay they placed a sign at the front desk informing of the issue and that the rates had been lowered for guests due to this issue but only for people who booked after May 13th. Definitely feels like they dont like 3rd party booking, and I feel like it makes it hard to put the guests as the middle person in the matter.
