Perfekte Lage für den Abflug von Duluth, für nicht zu früh
Pros:

Zimmer sehr geräumig, gepflegtes Bad und bequeme Betten, nettes Frühstück

Cons:

Slightly less than advertised and could have been cleaner.
Pros:

Staff were kind and helpful.

Cons:

The bedding on our first night smelt of Irvine and we ask to have it changed the next day. They did. Breakfast was 6 out of 10 because sausage was over cooked and eggs were under cooked. Went to restaurant in Duluth.

Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean. It was located in a spot where it was easy to get to. It was close to the mall and other shopping as well as restaurants

Cons:

The continental breakfast was underwelming. They ran out of food early, and it didn't look like they refilled anything they ran out of. They had old mattresses laying outside, and a flatbed truck was parked, and he took up 6 parking spots, so some of us had to park in another businesses parking lot.

The room was nice.

Cons:

The whole reason we booked there was for the water slide, it wasn't working. Neither was the hot tub. The ladder going to the deep end of the pool was broken, my son cut his foot open on something in the pool, no idea what. He alerted staff (front desk) that he bled all over the pool area, it was never cleaned up.
I had called the hotel on Wednesday to change my check in date, the girl i spoke was able to change it. I had my confirmation in my email, I got there to check in and my reservation was no where to be found. Staff was not friendly from check in to check out, the house keeping staff was very nice, though! Breakfast was meh, not much for choices.
Over all, not a good experience & way over priced. Because they couldn't find my reservation, I ended up paying $80 more, for their mess up. We will not be going back and recommending people elsewhere.

It was an adequate room to spend the night in with the family.
Pros:

The hotel itself was super clean. Staff were friendly and courteous. The rooms were well insulated so the crying baby across the hall wasn’t audible and my kids being rowdy were not able to bother neighbors.

Cons:

The hotel advertised a water slide, hot tub, kiddy pool, and regular pool. These were the features that attracted me to the hotel, but only two of those items were in working order, and yet the hotel felt okay charging full fare to stay there.

Good service, great breakfast

Cons:

Pool was closed for our entire stay. We chose here to swim and we couldn't. It should be on your website if the pool is down. There were a lot of unhappy families there.
