Terrible experience!
Pros:

Terrible stay ! I do not recommend any families go to this hotel , the water slide is broken and the hot tub is broken and the water was so cold that my daughters couldn’t even swim in it , we didn’t even stay the night I had to book somewhere else , and they refused to give me my refund, terrible service ! DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY TO THIS HOTEL !

Cons:

Do not come to this hotel , they will rob you !

Cons:

Entire pool area was closed. Hot tub, pool, waterslide, kids area. No advance warning. The pool was the whole reason for our stay

Pros:

I liked our room set up and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

We have stayed here twice and both times the slide was out of order. This stay the jacuzzi was cold.

Zach was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Appreciated the aquarium tickets because the pool wasn't available.

Cons:

It was a nightmare that I am still dealing!
Pros:

They will talk you into a cancelled refund and then NOT deliver the refund. Wont ever book this location again! Pool pictures looked nice online though.

Pros:

Comfortable, clean

Cons:

1. The pool and hot tub were out of commission for the day. It was one of the reasons we booked that property.
2. The bathroom sink was leaking and the underside of vanity appeared like it wasn’t the first time.
All of this was discussed with the person on duty.

Pros:

I was there an extra night due to extreme weather conditions. Several other guests were stranded also.
The desk staff were very helpful and got us an early shuttle to the airport so we could make our flight.
I also appreciated ready made oatmeal instead of less healthful choices.

Pros:

Now, bed and pillows were good the room and bathroom were clean.

Cons:

The shower was terrible no pressure whatsoever, the showerhead was junk. The bathroom towels were crunchy, they need to start using fabric softener.
