Highly recommended
Pros:

It is a very nice and cosy boutique hotel with friendly staff and facilities. The room was very clean. The reception area and the restaurant is decorated very nicely. The staff were very helpful with recommendations. Location is also not bad given there is parking - the walk to the city is 25 min if you don’t want to drive and 10-15min walk to the beach.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was in the building in the back. It was a little small and ventilation was not great, there was a smell in the room. I would prefer a room in the main building next time.

Really fabulous hotel, with helpful staff, comfortable beds, quiet & peaceful.
Pros:

It was a perfect location. We could walk into Old Town & beaches.

Cons:

The air freshener /scent used in the entry/lobby was very strong. Needs to be toned down a little. Smells nice, but too strong.

This is a quiet and welcoming property with excellent staff and service.
Pros:

Each and every staff member was exceptional in service. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They could not have been better.
The home and property are beautiful and perfectly maintained.

Pleasant higher end property
Pros:

Pleasant peaceful and private property well maintained with nice bicycles available for unlimited guest use ; helpful congenial staff; location was very nice

Cons:

Air conditioning was quite inefficient in the room we had and directly above our room staff was very loud very early

Great location and wonderful buildings with good facilities for a short stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and worked hard to make our stay relaxing..

Cons:

Two very m8nor points ..Take a plug in charger ad the hotel room USB points barley deliver a charge..both sets of rooms had this issue.

Bikes you can borrow were wonderful but some breaks and callipers were set poorly for your own safety take a bike around the driveway and test the breaks before going into the city.
However there were plenty of bikes to choose from and they are good quality..

Prachtig gebouw en zeer goed onderhouden
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, leuk ontbijt maar met eerder beperkte keuze.

Cons:

Keuze ontbijt.
Oncomfortabele fietsen die dringend nazicht nodig hebben. Van de 4 fietsen waarmee we gereden hebben zijn er 3 waar de ketting afviel.
We wisten niet op voorhand dat we in het souterrain sliepen.
Een ligbed in de tuin zou aangenaam zijn.

Nuestra estancia en este hotel en San Sebastián superó con creces todas nuestras expectativas. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien recibidos gracias a las hostesses, siempre tan amables, cercanas y dispuestas a ayudar en todo.

Todo en el hotel está cuidado al detalle: los jardines y la zona exterior están impecablemente mantenidos, el restaurante y la zona lounge son muy agradables para relajarse y disfrutar del ambiente, y el gimnasio también está muy bien equipado. Y, por supuesto, las habitaciones son impecables: cómodas, elegantes y cuidadas hasta el último detalle.

Elegir este hotel para celebrar nuestro aniversario fue, sin duda, la mejor decisión. Hizo que la ocasión fuera todavía más especial para nosotros.

Muchísimas gracias por una experiencia tan bonita. Sin duda volveremos.
