Nice comfy not smelly
Pros:

All was as expected and no smells
It appears that they put a lot of effort into addressing previous concerns

Cons:

If you have pets only plan on short walks
No sidewalks and the condos close by are very uptight about pets near their property

Staff was nice location great

Cons:

There was a terrible smell like stagnant water we left at 4 am as I had a terrible headache from the smell
