Disappointed service

From the moment we checked in, the staff was not welcoming and seemed irritated when I explained that I had booked through another website and that the payment had already been made. Unfortunately, the booking did not go through on your end, and I was trying to verify on my phone to ensure I wouldn’t be charged twice before making another payment.

The reception on my phone was not working well, so I politely asked if I could use the Wi-Fi to check my booking. However, the staff informed me that Wi-Fi was not available unless I was already checked in. Because of this, I was unable to verify the issue on my phone, which added to my frustration and disappointment.

During this time, the staff member appeared impatient and eventually asked a colleague to assist me.

Additionally, when I entered the facility, I noticed that there was still trash left in the kitchen area, which gave the impression that the place had not been properly cleaned.

Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I hope this feedback can help improve your service and guest experience in the future.

Pros:

I liked the room itself. Nice and clean

Cons:

I didn't care for the fact that there's no 24 hours front desk, and no Housekeeping services offered until after 14. Days of occupancy. And the breakfast was sparse and when an item was gone it was not replaced.

It was alright.
Pros:

area was pretty safe and quiet, close to the highway which was convenient. room was clean. breakfast was truly grab and go: coffee, packaged muffins, packaged oatmeal, hot water, tea.

Cons:

no water fountain. no common area to sit at. not worth the >150 dollar price tag I spent for my stay.

It was ok. We would stay again
Pros:

Easy quick check-in. Parking was ok. Staff was polite and helpful. Luggage cart was helpful. Everything in the room seemed to be working ok.

Cons:

The first two days the bathtub drain was clogged. one window was jammed shut. The other window was jammed open but only by a half an inch so not a big deal. Vending machine prices way too high. $3.25 for a small water bottle. The refrigerator motor was very loud so that became a little annoying at night while trying to sleep.

Terrible staff place has roaches and the laundry machines ate up my payment
Pros:

And that it's literally right next to my business we share the same parking and a lot of the same issues with unruly clientele etc.

Cons:

I was mistreated by staff and was forced to leave for no legitimate reason.

Pros:

Not as clean as I expected. Not even soap was in the room. If it was not in the location I needed I would have went elsewhere. I do not plan on using this hotel again. Motel 6 would have been nicer. This was just a safer location then motel 6. But since I had to go out and buy shampoo and a blow dryer It seemed in convenient that hotel did not provide these.

Cons:

Clean better. Provide things website says u have .
