the female employee woke me at checkout yelling at me then bitched that I wasn't up told me she hated being at the hotel then told me if I didn't leave in ,5 mins she was calling police on me .I was exhausted because the hotel previously was a shit show n I got hardly any
The lady at the front desk tried to help me with my reservation while I was on the phone with booking. com.
There was only one baggage cart so we had to wait a half hour just to unload our bags(late at night, driving 16hrs, two toddlers.. not fun to wait longer)
The kitchen had nothing in it...I was looking forward to feeding my family... didn't know or have funds to stock the kitchen.
The shower had no shampoo.
It's been a week and I'm still waiting for my reservation cancellation to be approved.
There is one lady who works the front desk that seemed willing to help me out with my cancellation.
The room was clean and pleasant to be in!
The staircase was very dirty, and the TV in the room was glitchy at times. I was also surprised that, upon check-in, they asked me to pay again, even though I had already paid online.

The fake that house keeping doesn’t come in change the sheets or give you new towels until check out , sheets where dirty the fridge had a noise it was making all night and there was no WiFi you had to pay for it and for the amount I paid that was ridiculous and horrible stay
Sicuramente è una buona soluzione abitativa. Struttura moderna, camera ampia, anche il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono, però...
...il fatto che bisogna richiedere qualsiasi oggetto per la cucina alla reception, rende il tutto più macchinoso. Tra l'altro non vorrei che fosse a pagamento, anche se però non posso dirlo visto che non ho richiesto nulla essendomi fermato solo una notte
