Eine Übernachtung am WE
Pros:

Gute Lage

Cons:

Kein zweites Kissen, keine zusätzliche BettDecke oder Wolldecke im Zimmer. Da die Rezeption nur bis 21:00 Uhr da war, wollten wir auch niemanden dafür aus dem Bett klingeln. Es gab keine Minibar und es stand auch keine Flasche Mineralwasser im Zimmer. Nur zwei einsame Gläser😢. Kein Begrüßungsgruß oder Ähnliches im Zimmer. Schade. Da ist noch Luft nach Oben für Gastfreundlichkeit für vier Sterne.

Gute Lage, ein hervorragendes Frühstück was top ist.

Cons:

Kleine Zimmer. Nach öffnen der Tür fällt man fast schon aufs Bett. Alles sehr funktional Standard. Der Wellness Bereich ist durchschnittlich.

Tolle Lage, alles, was man braucht
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, Pool und Sauna und wirklich nettes Personal. Dazu ein großes Zimmer.

Cons:

Zimmer sind groß und hell, und die Möbilierung ist sauber und gut in Schuss, aber es könnte alles ein wenig moderner/ schicker / charmanter sein. Warum zum Beispiel in unserem Zimmer Fotos aus Miami hingen statt zum Beispiel Aufnehmen aus der Heide oder Hamburg habe ich nicht verstanden.

Schwimmbad sehr kalt.
Keine Bademäntel zur Verfügung obwohl ausgeschrieben.
Eine Sauna seid Wochen defekt
Nur 2 ruheliegen im saunabereich, viel zu wenig.
Ungemütlich und liegen sehr hart , aus Holz.
