Pros:

The location was good, very center of Naples and close to beautiful sights like the Galleria Umberto I, and the Basilica of San Francesco di Paulo. The breakfast was also nice.

Cons:

The room looked a bit nicer in the photos than in reality, and it was quite noisy at night because the windows faced the street, so we could hear the cars and the nightlife pretty clearly. Also, the room's shower didn't drain properly, so it started to flood the bathroom floor very quickly, and in order to prevent that, we had to take quick showers. I feel like a 3 star rating would be more accurate for the hotel instead of 4.

Convenient, clean, friendly hotel with extremely good breakfast!
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with lots if options and delicious baked goods. Location was convenient to Metro, but not particularly scenic. Staff was very helpful, polite, cheerful.

Cons:

Location was a little remote from the most interesting parts of the city. The key card/ electricity activation thing was annoying and felt a little too budget-minded for the price of the room and compared to other places we stayed in Italy. Would have liked more control over room temperature.

A small hotel in a great location
Pros:

We had a room on the 4th floor which was well equipped . The hotel is in a great location, a lovely breakfast with plenty of choice and the staff were all very helpful .

Hotel recomendable en una buena localización
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta para visitar la ciudad, la habitación era amplia y estaba muy limpia

Cons:

El baño un poco pequeño, pero no estaba mal. Un punto de mejora si me parece las cortinas de la habitación, se colaba algo de luz del exterior. Nada grave pero sí mejorable (en mi opinión)

Ich kann das Palazzo Turchini nur weiterempfehlen und würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal.
Sehr zentrale Lage, optimal um Neapel zu erkunden.
Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und bieten ausreichend Platz, zudem sehr ruhig.

Emplacement idéal, à dix minutes à pied du port, du terminus d’alibus, du palais royal, des quartiers historiques et espagnols
Personnel d’accueil professionnel et souriant
Petit déjeuner de qualité et service par un personnel efficace et très agréable

Cons:

Les chambres sont bien équipées mais certaines donnent sur une mini cour intérieure extrêmement sombre. Claustrophobes s’abstenir
