Camera molto grande e arredo moderno, pulita, ampio bagno nuovo e pulito. Posizione comoda per raggiungere le attrazioni principali del centro storico. Ottima colazione con cose tutte fresche e buone.

Palermo città bellissima e da tornarci.

Camera senza aria condizionata, chiesto alla reception, mi anno detto che è normale che sono le regole locali , in più appena arrivato mi anno detto di pagare tassa di soggiorno subito, forse si sono preoccupati che sarai andato via senza pagare. Comunque se torno Palermo mai più in questa struttura.

For a short stay it was very enjoyable. Any longer and I would have wanted to have the room issues fixed.
Pros:

The central location was great we could walk to most places. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. The terrace outside my room was an unexpected bonus!

Cons:

A couple of minor issues with the room (702) : the shower sprayed water out at all angles due to a badly fitting connection and the air fan didn’t work

Pros:

Lokacija objekta je fantastična, sve potrebno je na cca 10 min udaljenosti. Osoblje je simpatično i pristupačno. Doručak pre ukusan, sobe čiste i uredne. Ukoliko budem dolazila ponovno u Palermo a hoću, ponovno boravim u istom hotelu.🙂

Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, and very helpful staff made for an enjoyable stay overall.
Pros:

We stayed in a superior room as a family of three, and overall we had a very pleasant experience.
The room was exceptionally spacious, which made it very comfortable for us. Although there was a sofa bed available, we didn’t need it, as the two king-size beds pushed together provided more than enough space for the three of us. The bathroom was also large and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of options. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay, especially at the reception.

Cons:

On the downside, the sound insulation on the street-facing side of the room was quite poor. Even conversations from people passing by were clearly audible, and Palermo can be quite noisy at night in general (for example, someone was working on a motorbike in the middle of the night with the engine running—though of course this is not the hotel’s fault). The cleaning could have been more thorough; for instance, there was a noticeable amount of dust under the sofa. Compared to the size of the room and bathroom, the shower cabin felt rather small. Finally, the garage was very tight—even with a VW Golf-sized car, maneuvering was quite difficult.
