La posizione

Cons:

Prenotato depandace a 90 mt ma non era altro che una camera di 4 in un’atro palazzo ricavato in un appartamento, poco isonorizzato, con rubbinetteria piena di calcare. Senza kit essenziali che ti aspetti da un 4 stelle. Soprattutto perché lontano dal tuo punto principale. Stessa cosa per la colazione poiché costretti a scendere ed andare nella struttura principale. E mettetela almeno una macchina per bibite e caffè all’ingresso!

I like the location and the breakfast, except the coffee

Cons:

The price versus the room: how it looks, how old it was, and the reality (what the room looks like versus what the photo shows). It was very, very bad in comparison with another room, with 60% lower price and double the advantage of the other room. I would never come back

Good location and good rooms but don’t plan on dining there.
Pros:

Good location. Staff parked the car in a valet service as part of the parking fee. Room in annex across the street large, modern and very comfortable .

Cons:

Restaurant only suitable for breakfasts. Staff a little cold compared to the general levels of friendliness more normal in Sicily.

Good stay at Mercure Palermo
Pros:

A good hotel to stay at. 5 mins walk and you are in the main square where the theatre is located. 5mins bus ride to Central train station. Less than 5 mins walk to multiple bus stops taking to as far as Monreale or Mondello.

The room we were allocated was in an adjacent building, told that this was an upgrade for us. Can't judge this as did not see any other rooms.

Room was clean and kept clean daily. Sizeable. Big double bed. TV, with plenty local channels.

Shower was slightly on the small side, but very functional. Great water pressure.

The street adjacent to the theatre is just full of sellers, restaurants, bistros, gelatarios ... you will not go hungry.

Cons:

Remember to bring the Italian plug for your devices. Meaning, thin 2 round pin. I had the wrong large pin.

Breakfast for vegetarians is limited to croissants, cakes and bread with jam. No hot food for vegetarians.

Pros:

Localização. Bom café da manhã. Funcionários simpáticos e gentis.

Cons:

Banheiro pequeno, apenas sabonete, box parece do Ibis, minúsculo, sem aparador para apetrechos dis hóspedes, sem aparador dentro do box. Muito caro pelo que oferece. Não repuseram cafe.
