L'apertura della colazione alle 7 nei festivi, con l'aereo molto presto abbiamo dovuto farla in aeroporto, i ragazzi comunque ci hanno offerto un caffè. Grazie

One of the attractions was the availability of the shuttle bus. It wasn't clear when we booked what was involved.i think a leaflet explains where it goes from and how often would be helpful etc

Won’t provide change for Euro bills with reason “we have to save our change for our customers “. Aren’t I a customer?

Le stanze non sono insonorizzate, mi sono svegliata più volte durante la notte a causa dei rumori provenienti dalla stanza accanto. Intorno alle 7.10 del mattino ho sentito suonare per tre volte la sveglia degli ospiti vicini. Non è stato per nulla piacevole

super Hotel für eine Stadtbesichtigung

Durante a minha e utilizei algumas vezes o Mercure e em vários países, este hotel não corresponde e não se encaixe no padrão de qualidade dos hotéis Mercure.
