Doskonałe miejsce na wypad do centrum Palermo.
Pros:

Drugi pobyt w tym hotelu spełnił wszystkie oczekiwania. W porównaniu do dwóch lat wstecz: korzystna zmiana w organizacji śniadań, lepiej ustawiony bufet i - co najważniejsze - lepszy wybór, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Włoch swoje słodkie śniadanie, Anglik - swój bekon i fasolkę, Polak - jajko, szynkę, salami, sałatę, zbliżone do polskiego pieczywo. Kawa z kolby - rewelacyjna, obsługa - na wysokim poziomie, uprzejma, pomocna, bardzo naturalnie uśmiechnięta. Pokoje w części "Rezydencja" moim zdaniem lepsze niż w budynku głównym, bo są po prostu nowsze. Również klimatyzacja w Rezydencji działa rewelacyjnie. W nocy cicho i przytulnie. Komunikacja z resztą miasta i plażą w Mondello - bardzo dobra. Ogólnie miejsce ponownie warte polecenia.

Cons:

Jedyna winda w Rezydencji jeździ koszmarnie wolno, a po całym dniu w upale - wysokie kondygnacje w tym budynku nie zachęcają do spaceru po schodach.

Pros:

The hotel has a great location, offers good value for money, and the breakfast was enjoyable.Nice to stay for 2-3 days in the center of the city

Cons:

The only downside was the reception service. Unfortunately, the front desk staff did not seem very knowledgeable and could have been more customer-focused and helpful. Better training in customer service would significantly improve the overall experience.

Good location and great room
Pros:

The location was great and the hotel is nice and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and it was very clean.

Cons:

The staff at the reception desk looked overwhelmed by the number of tourists and tired most of the times. One of them was actually rather rude. They did stand out as most of the Sicilians are so friendly and welcoming.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean, with modern and spacious rooms. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city center. The room was perfect for our family, and we really appreciated the staff who kindly upgraded our room for free.

Doesn't surprise you, great for value
Pros:

Nice location, great staff. They were really helpful when we asked upgrade for our room at last minute and charged a little.

Cons:

You cant change the room temperature to an exact degree, there are only low or high choices. Breakfast area is a bit crowded and noisy.
