I would not recommend staying in the hotel.
Cons:

The photos in the listing don’t match the reality of the room(s).

The room was well below any acceptable standard: dirty, many stains on walls, rusting/molding ceiling, layout of room.

Het was prima.
Pros:

De ligging was prima, in een mooie buurt. De kamer wel lekker licht.

Cons:

Het was niet echt schoon bij aankomst.
De in- en uitstap van het bad/douche zijn echt bizar en bijna onmogelijk.
Het is slim ingedeeld, maar echt wel een beetje bijzonder.

Great location, but musty smell and water leak in the basement room

Cons:

The basement room had a persistent musty smell, and the floor was very dirty, with corners that clearly had not been cleaned for a long time. There was also a water leak from the ceiling, with water dripping onto the floor and making noise that woke me up in the morning. Despite reporting the issue, the staff simply brushed off my concerns with a dismissive smile. Nothing was done, and the leak continued over the following days. The lack of cleanliness and the complete lack of action from the staff made this a very disappointing stay.

"Unfortunately, the room is not suitable for a couple. There was zero privacy in the bathroom, and the door had a gap when closed, meaning you could hear everything. Additionally, there was only one window; to open it, you had to climb onto the table, and even then, it only opened about 5 centimeters. The room felt very claustrophobic and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. I am really surprised by the positive reviews that I relied on to book this place."
