Lovely staff and a comfortable, spacious room which was excellent value for money with the New Year’s deal.
Pros:

Location was excellent, it’s a beautiful building, and the room was spacious.

Cons:

There was a stain on the carpet, the light flickered in the bathroom, and the smoke alarm above the bed light was quite bright.

Hotel con stanza molto comoda, con tutto il necessario, ripeterei al 100%
Pros:

La stanza ha una distribuzione distinta dalle solite ma non manca nulla: una vasca da bagno grande con doccia, il letto è fantastico, con un materasso comodissimo e 4 cuscini diversi di modo da poter scegliere quello che più si adatta alle necessitá di ognuno. C'era una piccola scrivania con tutte le prese della corrente, comprese quelle europee, quindi non ho nemmeno avuto bisogno dell'adattatore. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Finestre enormi vista strada, molto tranquilla e senza rumori, di fianco alla via principale di Marylebone. 100% soddisfatta!

Pros:

It was easy to walk to a major subway station. The room was a good size and the towels were brand new.

Cons:

The lift did not go to our floor, this did not impact us but could impact some people with mobility issues.
The hotel room had carpeting, which was a little out of date.

Perfect birthday getaway
Pros:

Spotlessly clean room. Our short stay was made extra special with birthday balloons and chocolates. The air conditioning was very welcome on the hottest weekend of the year so far.

Amazing
Pros:

Excellent stay in a really good location. We stayed for a little 21st birthday surprise and they beautifully decorated the room for us. The staff were attentive and room was beautiful - will stay here again

We chose the hotel due to its proximity to a local hospital, at which I had an early appointment.
Pros:

We didn't have breakfast as we left very early.

Cons:

We didn't like the fact that the bed didn't have a headboard, which made sitting in bed difficult.
