AMAZING STAY, AND AMAZING STAFF 10/10
Pros:

he whole check in process was amazing, we got there super late around 9pm and the young lady at the front desk, super alert and very nice. She made the check in process so flawless. Once we got to our room, the room was very clean and smelled great, Fully loaded, coffee pot, water bottles and all the bathroom fully stocked. The beds were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was really delicious, there was a lot of different variety of food's pork, chicken, fruit and eggs. All really delicious . The dining hall was super clean and the lady's there really take good care of you! The staff is super attentive and very nice, we would definitely stay again! The Location is great too, there is 2 gas convience stores super close in case you need to grab a snack or some food. They also have a bar with drinks and coffee in the main reception area and 24 hour room service which is a definite plus!
The pool was not open, and that is one of the main reasons we decided to book it, probably not in season, but other than that everything was really great. We would definitely book again. Everything else was perfect.

La ubicación.

Cons:

Las camas terribles, super incómodas, viejas y desgastadas. Estaban chuecas. Casi me caigo de la pendiente que tenia. Los cuartos viejos. Muy por debajo en calidad de muchos otros Fiesta Inn que he ido en otras ciudades.

Mal servicio.
Cons:

el toilet estaba tapado y solicite que lo arreglaran y quedo igual. El piso tambien estaba muy sucio. Cuando llegamos tambien el aire no funcionaba y lo tuviero que arreglar. Muchos inconvenientes para cobrar lo que cobran los hoteles en USA. Mal servicio. Soy de Nogales y vivo en USA. Se comparar sin ser exigente de mas.

El edredón estaba sucio, había una fuga en el baño, en una recámara de 50m2 para dos personas pusieron solo 1 botella de agua y en el restaurante los meseros no están atentos cuando llegan huéspedes.
