El desayuno y la comida son ricas.

Cons:

El edredón estaba sucio, había una fuga en el baño, en una recámara de 50m2 para dos personas pusieron solo 1 botella de agua y en el restaurante los meseros no están atentos cuando llegan huéspedes.

El hotel no es nuevo pero esta limpio, parece que no tienen suficientes toallas porque pasan conectandolas temprano, el servicio del personal muy amable y el dedayuno muy bien

Estuvo bien el desayuno se sentía todo recién hecho. Y la ubicación para mi gusto está perfecta

Con el incidente que se tuvo faltó mucha información antes y después de las acotaciones y la verdad nadie nos avisó en el cuarto yo me desperté y escuché voces y miré vehículos de emergencia afuera y hablé ala lobby y ahí estuvimos de 2 am asta casi las 5am afuera y al final se esperaba algo más del personal pero nada

Everything was going good until we Got woken up on Sunday Nov 23,2025 at 3:00am because they said there was a gas leak . And I had my husband and 2 teenagers with me . Scariest moment ever . There was at least 16 people intoxicated. Thank God nothing happened to us or the people who stayed there but yea I left didn’t want to stay there anymore . Staff were nice tho. They were trying to control everything but in general they should off evacuated everyone outside because if there was a gas leak of any sort, then being outside would off been better but they kept everyone inside until they started smelling something weird on the first floor also that’s when they told everyone to go outside,But God is good and I’m back home safe. 🙏🏽worst experience ever.
