Super friendly and accommodating receptionist. We were very tired and needed sleep. Gave us a quiet room and it was perfect.
Lovely breakfast with hard boiled eggs, choice of bagels and a yogurt dispenser with delicious toppings. We will be back!

The property definitely needed some TLC . Spending g all that money and yet things should not needed any TLC . The ice machines were not working on 3rd floor you had to go to first floor . Coffee bar was messy and not upkept . The room could use TLC in some areas .

It was a good location for me and easy to visit with family.
The only issue I had was the fact that there aren’t enough wall coverings or an television entertainment center that would help muffle noise from an adjoining room. I could hear my neighbor’s tv until past midnight despite turning my own AC unit fan up to full.

King suite bed was very soft and didn’t offer a good nights sleep.
Beautiful hotel.. clean rooms and washrooms. Great breakfast. Let us check in early without charging us a fee. Staff were so great and made sure everything was always stocked up.. Great hotel would totally recommend :)
Property was beautiful, in a great area, lots of restaurants and stores close by within walking distance. We just didn’t to use the pool since it was out of season but besides that I recommend this hotel 100%
There was a strong chemical smell throughout the hotel, especially in the halls, and dining area after they were cleaned. My wife had problems with it making her nauseous and sneezed while we were at the hotel. They charged us 2 times for our dog. Once on the original bill and they had a separate charge on my Chase card for $53 charging me again. My wife complained to the front desk about the smell and nothing was done about it. I feel that we should have our money returned because of this. I will never stay there again!
We loved the location. It’s close to everything we needed and wanted. The TV in our room turned off and we couldn’t get it to turn back on. My husband went downstairs to get assistance and a nice young man ( a manager, owner or front desk employee)came up and fixed the problem even though it was around 1am. Coffee was available all day. I will book again.
There wasn’t a microwave in the room. We didn’t find out until I got out of the shower and wanted to reheat food. We went downstairs in our night clothes to heat up our food. I didn’t appreciate that. I didn’t go down for breakfast but my husband did. He was disappointed that there wasn’t a hot continental breakfast. He was looking forward to grits and pancakes/waffles .
