It was a horrible experience, you must shut down.
We arrived and there was no hot water or heating. They changed our room and put us in a tiny hole meant for one person, but we were two. Even there, nothing worked. Later the owner came and fixed things, but we had to go back and forth 300 times. There is no number to call the reception.

And the worst part comes at the end: my friend and I are covered in blisters. The mattresses were probably contaminated. I am now in the emergency room because of the number of blisters. You must close — you are sending people to the hospital.

Accueil chaleureux et agréable.
L’hôtel est un peu vintage mais idéalement situé et facile d’accès pour un tarif très intéressant.
La chambre est spacieuse.

Cleaning was maybe not this week, bed very soft, lacked the bravery for testing the breakfast.

The location is great and the lady at the reception was lovely, but the hotel has a serious bed bug problem. I only realized after my last night that the bites were from bed bugs, and now I have many all over my body, with new ones still appearing. After checking other reviews, it’s clear this issue has been going on for a long time. Avoid this place until it’s properly treated.

I'll start with a positive, the hotel is excellently located and the staff are pleasant. But unfortunately the room we stayed in (55) was awful. The shower room was terrible and worse of all the room came with many biting insects. After just 2 nights we are covered head to toe in bite marks. As stated by other occupants the hotel needs a massive deep clean. Without doubt the worst hotel experience I've ever had

Really in the best location. But, no renovation done for many years. Basically in the same condition as 20 years ago.

Osa henkilökunnasta oli ystävällisiä. Aamiainen oli melko hyvä. Huoneiden yleisilme epäsiisti.
Huoneessamme oli luteita (bed bugs). Saimme uuden huoneen keskellä yötä, jossa sama tilanne. Ihossa kutisevia näppylöitä ja ensimmäinen lomapäivä vietettiin ilman yöunia paikallisessa pesulassa, jotta luteet saatiin tapettua vaatteista.
Rahamme hyvitettiin täysin, mutta valitettavasti en voi suositella hotellia.

Horrible. Por dónde empezar?
Realizamos la reserva por Hotels.com y especificamos que requeríamos ascenso con elevador. No dieron una habitación en la zona vieja del hotel donde tuvimos que acceder dos tramos grandes de escaleras (con maletas grandes fue pesado.
Además tuvimos contacto con 2 recepcionistas del hotel los cuales vieron las maletas que teníamos y en ningún momento sugirieron siquiera cambiar de habitación.

La habitación que nos dieron era horrible, vieja y húmeda.
Las mesitas eran tablas sobre fierros súper peligrosas y afiladas, el pasillo hacia la cama extremadamente angosto y con la calefacción te pegas en las piernas horrible.
El piso de la habitación estaba botado, lo cual causó múltiples tropiezos y puede ser peligroso.
La cabecera de la cama eran maderas clavadas sin barniz alguno.
La puerta del baño, si es que se puede llamar puerta era corrediza, se desplazaba y no daba privacidad alguna.
La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, nos sugirieron “abrir la ventana” llovió toda la noche, el agua se metió por la ventana y no pudimos dormir por los mosquitos.
Y lo peor! El asiento del baño se movía lo cual era muy incómodo y lo más horrible de todo fue el cepillo para limpiar el WC, asqueroso!
Anexo fotos de todo esto porque en verdad fue la peor experiencia que hemos tenido, y si eres un viajero no querrás hospedarte en este lugar!

Hartje Gent! Echt alle bezienswaardigheden om de hoek. We konden de koffer al in de ochtend brengen, wat heel fijn was. Aardige en vriendelijke dames achter de receptie.
Kamer 12 was duidelijk recent gerenoveerd. Basis, zeer ruim maar prima. Nu alleen nog nieuwe kozijnen! Jammer dat tv het niet deed. Ruime badkamer. Regendouche te weinig druk en onduidelijk hoe handdouche werkte.
Heerlijk geslapen!
Ontbijt basis, maar wel lekkere koffie!

Unclean room, desperately in need of some paint to cover the marks on the ceiling and on the cracked window ledges. The floor needs replacing. Even the door was stained (I took photos). The bed was comfy. Room extremely spartan. 3-star to me means an absence of luxury, but not unclean or damaged.
