Pros:

idéalement situé face au sanctuaire. avec 1 parking privé tout à fait bienvenu.
accueil parfait, un vrai grand hôtel dans tous les sens du terme.
Enfin un vrai 4 étoiles en France qui est digne de cette dénomination.
Très cosy, chambres vastes et confortables, d'une propreté parfaite.
Un personnel aux petits soins Le bar et le restaurant "bel époque" sont des incontournables !
J'ai l'habitude de voyager aux 4 coins du monde, et c'est la 1ère fois quee j'ai été si comblé en France par un hôtel de cette catégorie.
Bravo ! ne changez rien !!

Séjour très agréable!
Pros:

Séjour très agréable. Emplacement génial, propreté, confort, bienveillance du personnel. Mise à disposition du spa qui rajoute un plus à ce séjour spirituel!

Cons:

Rien à signaler. En axes d'amélioration: proposer plus de fruits au petit déjeuner, du beurre salé et du jus diverses (pas uniquement du jus d'orange)

Je reviendrai très volontiers dans cet hôtel
Pros:

Très bon petit déjeuner à la chapelle.
Très bon restaurant avec un service de qualité.
Emplacement idéal près des lieux de culte.

Cons:

Salle de bain de petite taille et wc non séparés.

Catastrophique.
Pros:

Le service du Bar Manager Simone, qui essaye de combler tous les trous d’un manque de personnel conséquent, et des quelques salariés qui ne sont clairement pas formés.

Cons:

- la médiocre qualité du wifi dans l’hôtel.
- les ruptures constantes dans les plats du restaurant belle époque, qui sont déjà pas nombreux.
- la fermeture à 21h du bar deux jours d’affilé, alors que censé ouvrir jusqu’à minuit.
- les constantes excuses « nous sommes sous staffés ».

- l’incompétence totale de la jeune barmaid aux lunettes, qui ne connais pas sa carte, refuse des ventes, est irrespectueuse et n’est clairement pas apte à servir du public.
- la serveuse qui essaye de me facturer le double à deux reprises pour mon petit déjeuner.
- les ruptures constantes pour les produits du buffet petit déjeuner, qui tardent 25 minutes à etres réassorties.
- les érreurs de cuisson dans le restaurant, malgré une demande très explicite de faire attention à la cuisson.
- l’absence de service en terrasse.
- le mini bar qui ne marche pas.
- la lenteur globale du personnel.

On se rend rapidement compte que cet établissement est beaucoup trop certain du flux de tourisme dans la ville, et ne veille même plus à assurer des standards basiques en hôtellerie et restauration.

Excellent Stay – Top of My List in Lourdes!
Pros:

The location is fantastic - just a few steps from the Sanctuary, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is excellent, with comfortable, clean rooms and a welcoming, helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. I’ve been to Lourdes many times, but this hotel is definitely one of my favorites. I’ll absolutely be back!
