Happy to return back and ive been twice stayed in this hotel.
Pros:

The location was so convenient and very near the Grotto, stores and restaurants. Very nice concept of room design.

Cons:

Wondering why the toilet bowl and shower were separate..very inconvenient. The room is small for family of 3. Hardly have space for luggages and minimal space to move. 2 female personnel staff were quite annoying almost yelling at us when the elevator was being fixed. Upstairs notice was removed already meaning its already fixed while lobbys ribbon string still not yet removed so we can not exit when we get down from our floor to the lobby. These 2 women kept on shouting that its unsafe and why we rode that elevator. Its just that they did not coordinate well that its already been fixed. They did not remove the ribbon. We were so embarassed with their gestures. We are not dumb people. We wouldnt ride that elevator if upstairs there is a notice..but none!

We would definitely choose this Hotel again as we had a lovely stay there.
Pros:

The rooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable.
We had the buffet dinner a couple of nights which was very nice.
The location was great.

Cons:

We found the carpark expensive as it adds another cost onto the pilgrimage.

Pros:

Het is de 2de maal dat ik dit hotel verbleef. De eerste morgen waren reeds 2 personen die ons herkende van vorig jaar.
Het personeel aan het ontbijt en 's avonds voor het avondeten waren heel vriendelijk en gedienstig. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid het avondeten was heel lekker en mooi gepresenteerd. Ook een voordeel dicht bij het heiligdom.

Location was very good, very central for access the main sites.

Cons:

The staff at reception varied from being helpful to unhelpful and rude. My bathroom had black and orange mould, there were hairs on the shower and bathroom floor. There were coffee making faciliyies but only 2 tiny containers of milk left daily-on one occasion I asked for more milk and I was handed a single tiny container of milk, not enough for a cup! Small but irritating issues I would no expect to gind on a 4 stars hotel.
