Pros:

Fantastic location, rooms clean and well serviced. Staff friendly.

Cons:

Rigid 2pm check in - room ready and available but would not allow check in until 2pm. Flexibility for early check in would be good.
Breakfast options slightly limiting - whole fruits would be welcome.

Le ménage : on a trouvé un puzzle sous le lit donc aspirateur pas passé sinon il n aurait pas été là !
Et idem dans la salle de bain : plein de cheveux et poussière derrière la porte : la femme de ménage a fait le ménage la porte ouverte et n est pas passee derriere la porte !
Un seul ascenseur qui est lent et utilise par les employes .

Emplacement mais surtout l’ accueil, la présence discrète et efficace que ce soit à l accueil, Lors des repas , petit-déjeuner compris . Personnel en charge du ménage efficace et discret.

Pros:

Ruime kamer en mooie badkamer. Balkon aan straatzijde. Toch gehorig door de drukte op straat. Wel mooi uitzicht op de mensen. Ook een keuze om aan de andere kant een kamer te vragen. Top parking achter het hotel.

Cons:

Het is er gewoon erg druk. Maar dat hoort erbij in Lourdes
