Great stay, superb location, friendly staff!
Pros:

We loved the location, just 3 minutes walking to the Sanctuary. The room size was great, we are a family of three and it felt spacious. This is apparently one of the oldest hotel in Lourdes, therefore the facilities are great at their price point. Last but not least, the staff were friendly and helpful, thank you guys!

Cons:

The surrounding area is very touristy, but it's the trade off of being close to the Sanctuary I guess.

Très bon séjour en amoureux
Pros:

On a adoré le spa et le repas du soir (tout était excellent au niveau du service, de l’attente, de la qualité, et de la nourriture).
Le personnel était adorable que ce soit à l’accueil ou même au bar et au service du restaurant.
Sans oublier la beauté de l’établissement avec de belles décorations anciennes.

Cons:

Il y avait pleins de bruits dans la chambre et dans l’hôtel la nuit assez fort.
Pas assez d’explications sur les bons d’achats qu’on nous a offert à l’arrivée (nous n’avons donc pas pu en bénéficier pour le restaurant car nous ne savions pas qu’il fallait donner le bon lors du repas et non pas à la réception quand il fallait tout régler sur la note).

idéalement situé face au sanctuaire. avec 1 parking privé tout à fait bienvenu.
accueil parfait, un vrai grand hôtel dans tous les sens du terme.
Enfin un vrai 4 étoiles en France qui est digne de cette dénomination.
Très cosy, chambres vastes et confortables, d'une propreté parfaite.
Un personnel aux petits soins Le bar et le restaurant "bel époque" sont des incontournables !
J'ai l'habitude de voyager aux 4 coins du monde, et c'est la 1ère fois quee j'ai été si comblé en France par un hôtel de cette catégorie.
Bravo ! ne changez rien !!

Pros:

Séjour très agréable. Emplacement génial, propreté, confort, bienveillance du personnel. Mise à disposition du spa qui rajoute un plus à ce séjour spirituel!

Cons:

Rien à signaler. En axes d'amélioration: proposer plus de fruits au petit déjeuner, du beurre salé et du jus diverses (pas uniquement du jus d'orange)
