Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The room was quaint and opens to the carpark, despite it being a busy place for pilgrims and tourists alike there was barely any noise from the outside.
It was a short walk to the Basilica and grounds.
Highly recommend.

Rooms at least the one I had needs a lift up. Towels need to be larger and mattress needs to be changed
The room is large and clean.
Parking was promised when booking the room but we were told the parking wasn’t available . Restaurant service was extremely slow.

I stayed at this hotel as a base for cycling the Tourmalet, and it was an excellent choice.
The hotel has lovely old world charm and is ideally located in the centre of Lourdes. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent with a great selection. Overall, it offered very good value for money.
The ride from Lourdes to Luz-Saint-Sauveur, up to the summit of the Tourmalet and back is spectacular, and the hotel is perfectly set up for cyclists. The secure bike garage is fantastic, with plenty of space, tools and facilities for storing and maintaining your bike and gear.
It’s also well worth taking some time to explore Lourdes itself and visit the Sanctuary, which is a fascinating experience.
The only downside was that the TV in my room wasn’t working. I mentioned it at reception and was told it would be looked at, but unfortunately it was never fixed during my stay.
Overall, I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lourdes, especially cyclists.
The room and hotel services were excellent. The breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of items. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant and the Food and beverage supervisor Sebastien was excellent in his service. The Front office staff Montserrat and Izabelle were very good in their guest relations.

Location was great. The bed was totally comfortable. Had a sound sleep. Staff was helpful and really try to communicate with us. We had so little French.
We did not have a refrigerator in our room and I had brought medication that needed it. There was one in there, but it did not work and it appeared that they don’t actually let guests use the in room refrigerators It was lost for a moment which was troubling, but it was found causing us a bit of stress on our departure
