Breakfast was fantastic. The room was spacious and very clean. The outdoor terrace was lovely. Every member of staff was helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was very good
The staff in reception were very unhelpful when I had driven a long way was feeling unwell and asked them for something to eat or somewhere I could get something. It was 2.30 pm, they told me to wait until 7pm when the restaurant is open but it was fully booked so we couldn't eat there anyway. That is not a way to treat a person staying in your hotel especially when they are on a pilgrimage.

Hôtel avec beaucoup de cachet très bien situé dans le centre de Lourdes. Le bar est très agréable et le restaurant propose une formule buffet avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix.
Le fléchage pour accéder au parking de l'hôtel, mal indiqué dans les GPS.
La posizione vicino alla porta Joseph (quindi vicino alla Grotta). L’hotel è anche dotato di parcheggio (22 euro al giorno), ma, per accedervi nel senso corretto (e non contromano) bisogna fare un giro veramente lungo.
La mancanza di ciò che caratterizza un quattro stelle: in camera non c’erano le ciabatte; il frigo era vuoto (poteva esser riempito a pagamento con cifra fissa); abbiamo dovuto insistere per la sostituzione del bollitore che non funzionava……. La domenica, pur essendo arrivati mezz’ora prima dell’ora di fine servizio, non ci hanno accettati al ristorante….
Its close to everything. Last time we had a normal room for family and it was better than the family suite . So its not worth it to over spend
They need to do a deep cleaning. Its not normal that the carpet on the floors to be so dirty in the rooms. Its the second year that we slayed here, and they look that no vacuum its working well on housekeeping department . The hotel its very very nice, but it could be great if it was clean inside, not only in the reception

Nos gustó la comodidad y limpieza, la atención del personal, el silencio durante la noche y el desayuno.
La ubicación está bien si lo que buscas es estar súper céntrico y cerca de la Iglesia, pero nosotros fuimos para practicar ciclismo y no volveríamos a repetir esta ubicación, mejor otros pueblos vecinos más tranquilos.

The location was so convenient and very near the Grotto, stores and restaurants. Very nice concept of room design.
Wondering why the toilet bowl and shower were separate..very inconvenient. The room is small for family of 3. Hardly have space for luggages and minimal space to move. 2 female personnel staff were quite annoying almost yelling at us when the elevator was being fixed. Upstairs notice was removed already meaning its already fixed while lobbys ribbon string still not yet removed so we can not exit when we get down from our floor to the lobby. These 2 women kept on shouting that its unsafe and why we rode that elevator. Its just that they did not coordinate well that its already been fixed. They did not remove the ribbon. We were so embarassed with their gestures. We are not dumb people. We wouldnt ride that elevator if upstairs there is a notice..but none!
