Ruime kamer en mooie badkamer. Balkon aan straatzijde. Toch gehorig door de drukte op straat. Wel mooi uitzicht op de mensen. Ook een keuze om aan de andere kant een kamer te vragen. Top parking achter het hotel.
Het is er gewoon erg druk. Maar dat hoort erbij in Lourdes

Charming hotel right in the middle of all the action! Shops, restaurants everywhere! Close to the grotto, library and information center. Food in the hotel restaurant was good as was the breakfast! Rooms are quite small but comfortable beds. I’ll stay there again on my next visit to Lourdes!

Bed hard and pillows not comfortable
I was recommended by a friend who had stayed here recently and was so glad we decided to book here !! Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, good, spacious parking lot, excellent breakfast, and the location…….the best!! This hotel is centrally located so no need to drive anywhere…..everything in Lourdes you want and need to see is short walking distance! Staff were very accommodating and always very helpful, when needed. The restaurant downstairs is the hidden gem to this place! Excellent food at a fair price and a luxurious atmosphere. My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you to all who made our stay enjoyable and memorable!!

Piccoli particolari da migliorare: ad esempio ciabatte e accappatoio in camera, maggiore quantità di caffè e tisane in camera, anticipare il checkin di almeno un'ora

The cleanliness should be improved upon. The carpet in the room was not clean and obviously had not been hoovered/vacuumed in some time
Fantastic stay. It was so nice to stay in a hotel that does not only have a beautiful lobby but lovely rooms too. We had a beautiful room 409. It was huge , bright, walk in shower, comfortable beds ( pillows could be more comfy but that's personal taste) and very peaceful. We were direct on street so expected outside noise ( Easter is always noisy so didn't bother me). Very peaceful at night. We enjoyed the terrace also. We didnt eat at hotel so can't comment on food. We had coffee ar nearby Italian coffee shop each morning but also kettle in room which was a bonus. There was a small fridge but it wasnt cool. Air con was also turned on through the week as it was very hot. All staff very polite and helpful. Night porter not very pleasant and was not happy when I asked for water one night on return. Overall though a fantastic stay
