Comfortable and cozy.
Pros:

Right at the centre of town. Near the Grotto and the gardens. Lots of good shopping (for souvenirs) and also restaurants. Convenient access to the ground floor due to elevator.

Cons:

small rooms and no air conditioning available. The breakfast did not offer lots of choices. Not much space to put luggage due to small rooms.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, making it very convenient for sightseeing and visiting the holy sites. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with tips or questions. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, providing a peaceful place to rest.
