Le personnel très gentil et à l'écoute.
Close to grotto and good value for money
Floor where I was staying uneven and I fell as a result. Room was also very small for two people sharing.
Had a lovely 4 night stay here. Perfect location for everything. Lovely big room on 6th floor with views across the rooftops to the mountains. So quiet, couldn’t hear anyone. Limited toiletries, but did have a kettle with tea and coffee which isn’t provided in all hotels here. I asked for milk at the bar. We only booked room only so can’t comment on the food. I would definitely stay here again.
The location very close to the sanctuary and the cleanliness of the property
Location was perfect , easy access for everything. Had a lovely room on 6th floor with views over the rooftops to mountains. So quiet. Couldn’t hear anyone. Booked room only so can’t comment on the food. Minimal toiletries but we did have a kettle with tea and coffee. I asked for milk at the bar. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

On the day there was a party at night on their balcony so a bit loud for a tiresome pilgrim.. Day

L'emplacement et la literie
Petit déjeuner rudimentaire et à 9h30 le personnel arrête tout, même la machine pour cuire les oeufs alors qu'un œuf cuit dedans. A 8h20 un membre du personnel entre dans la chambre en demandant quand on compte partir! Si on n'est pas dans le rythme des pèlerins de Lourdes, on est en décalage...
Pas de gel douche ou shampooing dans la salle de bains.
La propreté est à désirée,on n,a pas changé les draps pendant 3 jours,pas aspirer la moquette,le balcon comme si pendant un mois n,a pas été nettoyé.je ne ferais plus confiance à booking, j,ai vécu le même expérience à Brazaville
La proximité de l,hotel avec le sanctuaire de LOURDES
Staff were excellent, very close and walking distance to the Lourdes Sanctuary and nearby restaurants.
The room provided was not as listed in the picture. The room booked was a Quadralupe room - the picture showed quite a huge room with 2 TV meaning main bedroom and children bedroom separately. The room provided was a basic one and put all the beds in one small room. We were tired and since it was in Lourdes for 2 nights, we didn't try to argue or discuss with the staff.

Habitación muy calurosa, presentó fallas de mantenimiento el baño y al anunciarlo nos cuestionaron antes de resolver, al salir del hotel no nos pudieron apoyar con un taxi, tuvimos que caminar. Quedamos decepcionados, hay otras buenas alternativas!!
La place de parking réservée. Le buffet à volonté très bon. La proximité avec le sanctuaire. L’amabilité du personnel.
Mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain de la chambre 656.
Le manque de signalétique pour accéder aux chambres selon les ascenseurs. Un seul ascenseur pour se rendre au 6ème étage.
Nous avons vu sur le site, après le séjour la possibilité d’avoir un tarif pour la demi pension ce qui a priori ne nous a pas été proposé. Nous avons réglé indépendamment les repas pris le soir.
Excellent location, helpful staff, many amenities I will recommend
I spent three weeks at the St Rose in June and July 2026 and would recommend it. The food is fine and overall the hotel is good value. It is very close to the Sanctuary, cafe's and bars. My rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. Neither were they noisy, but it very much depends which room you get. Some overlook the outside seating area and can be noisy in the evening and I don't think there is a hotel room in Lourdes in which you will not get wakened in the morning by the garbage and street cleaning vehicles. All the staff - reception, bar, dinning room and housekeepers - were very helpful and polite. I look forward to returning next year.
