Aangenaam verblijf gehad in een mooi hotel in centrum Lourdes
Pros:

Het ontbijt was goed, eenvoudig, weinig variatie.
Locatie is zeer goed: dichtbij het heiligdom gelegen.
Kamers waren zeer proper, alsook het sanitair

Cons:

Personeel aan ontbijt mogen wat vriendelijker zijn.
Betalende parking rechtover hotel, gratis parking op 12 min. wandelen

Très beau séjour
Pros:

Les chambres sont belles, spacieuses et confortables. Le seul hic est qu'il n'y a pas assez de portes serviettes. Par exemple, nous étions dans une chambre de 4 personnes mais il n'y avait que deux portes serviettes. Sinon tout est bien pensé, on a même droit à une petite bible dans les chambres. Le personnel est au top, le petit-déjeuner est varié et bon. Il pourrait l'être davantage. Le buffet du déjeuner est excellent. Ma première chambre était propre mais j'ai eu un souci avec la deuxième (nid de fourmi). On m'a changé de chambre et tout s'est bien passé sauf que nous avons été séparés, dans des chambres propres. Je recommande cet hôtel et j'y retournerai.

Cons:

J'ai fait une demande exceptionnelle pour prolonger mon séjour mais malheureusement la chambre attribuée n'avait pas été correctement nettoyée. Je me suis retrouvée avec une SDB avec des cheveux un peu partout et un nid de fourni près de la table. Elles ont envahi ma valise, ce moment a été particulièrement désagréable. Heureusement, le personnel est au top et nous avons pu être relogé. Néanmoins, il faut veiller à ce que toutes les chambres soient correctement faites.

So close to the sanctuary; great staff; well kept room.
Pros:

A 3 minute walk to St. Joseph’s gate, sanctuary of Lourdes. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and buffet style meals we had (breakfast and dinner) were delicious.

Cons:

There was nothing we did not like about the property.

Très bon séjour !
Pros:

La proximité du sanctuaire ! La gentillesse du personnel,la propreté de la chambre,et des wc ,salle de bain.

Cons:

Nous aurions préféré un lit 1,60m! Nous avons oublié de le signaler !

Pros:

L'accueil du personnel au top ! L'emplacement parfait juste au niveau des boutiques de souvenirs et restaurants, mais surtout proche de l'entrée du sanctuaire.

Les saucisses du petit déjeuner mais cela reste une question de goût
