I worked in the tenderloin area of San Francisco for over a decade. This motel is the equivalent of the streets there. Garbage everywhere, bugs and roaches everywhere in the room, homeless people in and out of the building walking around the halls checking doors, dog just running up and down the halls, feces in the halls and stairwells, people loitering in broke down junked cars all night in the parking lot letting off fireworks. One of the “staff” came out of the room were the breakfast was served ( no chance I was going to eat it but I wanted to see the environment) the man pointed to a small note that said the continental breakfast is not being served until further notice due to “repairs “ but oddly enough the man was eating what really resembles a continental breakfast. Expedia this is ridiculous and I should be refunded for the night stay.

A warning to anyone who is considering staying at this Hotel, my family and I made the mistake of not researching the current reviews. If we could give this place a less than one star rating we would. We had booked two rooms, when we arrived the night of our reservation, we found not only was there homeless making camp in the parking lot, broken down vehicles and what appeared to be drug deals openly without any concern for people in the area. Having four teenage girls with us at the time this immediately raised a red flag to the safety concerns. Before I allowed the family to enter into the hotel I decided to check it out first. The inside was no better than what we were seeing on the outside. We have stayed at Wyndham hotels a number of different times and this has to be by far the worst place that we have booked, making the assumption that there was a certain level of quality and cleanliness associated with this brand. We were badly mistaken , we had to walk away from this place, knowing that we probably would not receive any compensation or refund and find a better quality hotel to stay in. Don’t make the same mistake we did and book a place without checking recent reviews.

We had no seating in the room like the picture. There were no towels or washcloths. And the water got disconnected while using the shower with no warning

I ended up not staying because I didn’t not get the room I asked for and they no longer had any available. The place has roaches too. It’s almost falling apart. I didn’t feel safe at all. I don’t recommend this place.

Its a drug addicts motel.

I didn't even check in I checked out I want my money back I got the receipt from the manager they were roaches in that hotel so Expedia can you please give me my money back I canceled that room my reservation was canceled

THIS WAS THE MOST DISGUSTING HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT IT IS EVEN ON YOUR LIST. IT WAS DIRTY, NO TOWELS, THE SHEETS WERE DIRTY, BUGS IN ROOM AND BATHROOM, NO SHOWER CURTAIN, AND SO SO MUCH MORE. IT WAS UNSAFE, IN A HORRIBLE PART OF TOWN, I DID NOT FEEL SAFE AT ALL AND NOISE OUTSIDE ALL NIGHT LONG.

This hotel smelled like smoking had roaches and flithy nasty

We never checked in. The place was a dump with a lobby meeting place for hookers waiting and hells angel type at the desk. They could not find my registration however I was able to show them $111 on my credit card charge for the room, BUT THEY SAID i DID NOT HAVE RESERVATIONS.
STAY AWAY!

Very dirty and furniture are not safe. Noisy and breakfast is down.

This was terrible. Literally no parking. They didn't have a room for us. They spent over 20mins to find us a room because they did have a list of rooms that were available. The whole building smelled of smoke and weed. The room they provided us had cockroaches and it was USED! Yes, used, TV was on, beds dirty, like actual stuff on them. My kids could hardly breath because of the weak smell. It was so bad. The manager was so rude and was very hostile towards us. He raised his voice with my children present and told us to read our contract. He was mad because the paperwork did not state standard room, 2 queen beds, no smoking. My kids were scared and begged for a different place. That's what we did. We did not stay there. We checked in around 11ish pm and left by 1130. The whole thing was frighting. I would like a full refund as we didn't have a room, the one that was provided was used and full of weed smell. The manager was hostile and frighten my kids. I will never go back there.

Checked in late in the evening. The lobby stunk of Marijuana. Got to the room and had to kill at least 10 cockroachs. TV did not work. Lucky the air conditioner worked. We were tired so we stayed but woke up and left by 5am. Room was filthy and bed spreads had tears. I wouldn't stay here for free.

Lots of Bugs

Worst experience . This place has cockroaches in every room

The only reasonable we stay for one night is because we got there around 3:00 am but the whole property was dirty, someone try to open our door at night.
