Satisfied with the location and the price.

The location is closer to our destinations. Also the price per room is affordable.

Cons:

We expected to have 3 rooms close to each other because we booked the rooms a month in advance. But when we got there, we were told by the receptionist that the rooms were different floors and different corners, that was inconvenient for us as a family.

The property was in a perfect location for my needs, with a beautiful, traffic-free drive to and from my destination each day. The grounds were clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The paint on the walls in my room was chipping in several areas. Additionally, the cable box was unplugged from the TV, and when I attempted to reconnect it, I found the back of the TV covered in a thick layer of dust. It was extremely unsanitary, and I was unable to use the TV during my stay.

About 100 yards from the walking/biking trail that connects Mill Valley,Tam Valley and Sausalito.
Pros:

Basic room, but convenient. No extras.
Pros:

a basic room was all we needed, at a fair price. Not overly fancy, but worth the savings, since we weren't spending much time there during our 2 nights there. The faucets at the sink and in the shower were backwards from what was labelled and typical so you had to turn it in the opposite direction for hot and cold. There were signs asking to conserve water, but we wasted a lot "waiting" for cold water that never got hot, then realizing the dial was backwards. Some of the other patrons appeared a bit sketchy, but we didn't have any problems. Enjoyed the view from the back side. The first night we booked thru Booking.com, and that was a good deal. The second night we paid regular price, and that was maybe too much.

Cons:

The free coffee in the morning would have been nicer if it was a standard size instead of an 8 oz with a cover too large to fit. The coffee area was a disaster our first morning. Trash can was over filled and spilling over; creamer powder was spilled all over the counter, and almost out of creamer. Let the desk clerk know and she blamed housekeeping without helping.

An elevator would have been nice for lugging luggage up to the 2nd floor. Could hear some road noise, but not bad, plus we were on the back side.
