Si fanno pagare la tripla camera anche se mi danno una doppia

Cons:

Ho prenotato una doppia e una tripla (scelta obbligatoria in quanto le ultime due su booking) e mi hanno dato due camere doppie senza dirmi niente e facendomi pagare uguale! Alla reception è stato inutile parlarci... Il conto senza vergogna parla di due camere doppie con due prezzi diversi per giustificare la differenza. Mi sembra proprio un modo scorretto di gestire i clienti
