Well located hotel close to town for activities, lovely small but well laid out rooms with clean bright bathroom and eve
Pros:

Great location, easy bus ride into town and also across the road almost from Hyde park for the morning jog. Staff were very friendly and kind, even the cleaning staff too.

Cons:

Sometimes it felt a little unsafe to arrive at the property late at night with the entry going straight into lifts, but maybe because I’m a foreigner and unfamiliar to area, as I’m sure this part of town is safe.

Ero già stato in quest'hotel anni fa, ora è un po' datato, la prima sera non funzionava il riscaldamento e ci è stato dato un caloriferi elettrico, che ha risolto il problema. La mattina dopo in tutta la struttura mancava l'acqua calda, che è tornata la sera. Per il doppio disagio lo staff ci ha concesso una compensazione pari a uno sconto di circa un dieci per cento sul costo complessivo delle 4 notti. Decisione che abbiamo apprezzato

Prisvärd och trivsam vistelse med bra personal. Närheten till Hyde Park är en bonus.

location is very good, walking distance from paddington and close to queensway station. staff is friendly. adequitly clean.

as always with london hotels prices are high for what they offer. This one could be a bit cheaper. Breakfast is ok but not something crazy. definetely not worth the price as always with london. but if you don't want to leave the hotel for a coffee and a quick bite it is ok .
