Clean well maintained hotel staff friendly and efficient would stay again
Pros:

I like how well maintained the property and rooms were as well as the cleanliness in all areas, I like having a refrigerator that work and also a safe and aircon all working and not noisy

Cons:

The standard double room was small but still functional for the price paid and fine for one person for short stays, I would however consider upgrading to a larger room next time

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Stayed 2 nights with my daughter as in London for my Birthday. The hotel was perfect and central to tube station and city.

Great location and value for money.
Pros:

All the staff were very professional, helpful, polite, friendly and always able to help. The restaurant was spacious and the staff on duty were always so good. The breakfast was excellent, a wide range of self service choices and the tables were very efficiently made available. We took advantage of the in house discounts and had dinner on both evening that we stayed.
The room was perfect for a two night stay, quiet (back of the building) and comfortable. The shower was excellent.
We were also able to leave our cases when we checked out and collected them later in the day, again very efficiently dealt with.

Cons:

No negatives, we would be very happy to stay again.

Incredible stay, brilliant staff, couldn’t have asked for more.
Pros:

Had a lovely stay at thistle at the end of march. I had mentioned when booking that we were celebrating a birthday while staying with them and on arrival to the room they had given us a free upgrade to a deluxe room with views of Kensington gardens, put balloons up, left a card and a bottle of Prosecco for us! The staff were exceptional, they were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We also got a £7 voucher to redeem at breakfast/in the bar for choosing to not get our room cleaned for the 2 night stay. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel and as our first experience staying with thistle we would definitely return. Shout out to the member of staff on reception (Thomas?) who checked us in, he was lovely and gave us restaurant recommendations.

Enjoyable apart from above mentioned issues
Pros:

Great staff and very clean

Cons:

No walk in shower very small space to shower standing in bath
Also large gap in toilet door exposing toilet doors more suited to cupboard . Very very poor television reception sound and picture continually breaking up
