One of the best hotels I have stayed at in London for space, location and value for money
Pros:

Parking was convenient and outside of the congestion charge area. Located perfectly for access to central London. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a good choice.

Völlig in Ordnung für einen Kurzaufenthalt in London mit wenig Gepäck
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, wir konnten schon lange vor Check-In-Zeit rein. Frühstück völlig ausreichend: british und continental.
Gut funtionierende Klimaanlage im Zimmer, individuell einstellbar. Neue begehbare Dusche im kleinen Bad. Erstaunlich bequeme Matratzen. Wasserkocher, Tee, Kaffee im Zimmer.
Direkt an Kensigton Gardens zum Verweilen und Spazieren gehen gelegen. Für warme Tage sehr hilfreich.
Wenige Fußminuten von mehreren Supermärkten, Underground-Stationen, Geschäften und Restaurants entfernt.
Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann auch nach Notting Hill laufen.
Für Londoner Verhältnisse als Hotel im mittleren Preissegment völlig in Ordnung für ein paar Tage.

Cons:

Zimmer so klein, dass der eine gemeinsame Koffer in eine kleine Ecke gequetscht werden musste und nachts nicht offen liegen konnte, sonst wäre die Begleitung drüber gestolpert. Auf Stuhl sitzen mit Koffer daneben kaum möglich. Kleiderstange schmal. Kleiderplatz nicht ausreichend für Kofferinhalt, gleich gar nicht für zwei Koffer. Länglicher Schreibtisch ragte so weit übers Bett, dass die Begleitung sich mit Oberschenkel immer zwischen Bett und Tisch quetschen musste, um rauszukommen. Auf der anderen Seite war genau so viel Platz zur Wand wie der Nachttisch breit ist. Mit mehr Gepäck (für schlechteres Wetter, zwei Koffer) hätten wir riesige Probleme gehabt.
Beim Frühstück waren 2 von 3 Kaffeemaschinen während unseres Aufenthalts kaputt. Wahrscheinlich Zufall. Auch brauche ich morgens nicht so laute Begleitmusik beim Frühstück.

Excellent stay made very special by the staff.
Pros:

Excellent location which is near to two tube stations. The room was a reasonable size and was mostly maintained to a good standard. We visited during a spell of very hot weather and found the air conditioning to be excellent. The room was super cool during our stay. Breakfast was great with a good selection of food. The breakfast team were exceptional and made us feel very welcome. We felt that nothing would have been a problem for them. The reception staff were equally as good and couldn’t have been more obliging.

Cons:

The bathroom was slightly tired and is in need of a refresh.
