The hotel was nice. The staff were very friendly and polite.

The property was nice. Staff were very nice and friendly

Cons:

We stayed in 903. The room was nice. Shame that a lot of dusting had not been done. Bed side lights, head boards and various other bits.
Also there was a noise which I thought sounded like someone working on the pipes. It seemed to go on in the night?! I don’t know if it is the heating system. As I am a very light sleeper. Unfortunately did keep me awake.
The hotel and staff are all very nice apart from a bit more care.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación y buena relación precio-calidad (para lo que es Londres). El hotel esta en frente a Hyde park y la vista desde la habitación era inmejorable. El edificio se nota que es una estructura vieja pero remodelada y muy bien mantenida. El personal fue super amable.

Cons:

La recepción se encuentra en el 1º piso, lo cual es un poco confuso al llegar, y los ascensores son chicos, por lo que un grupo grande con valijas tiene que subir/bajar de a 1/2 maximo, pero los considero detalles menores. La estadía en general fue buena
