Cons:

Muy sucio , cortinas sucias y de muy mal aspecto, toallas y sábanas con muy mala apariencia , no daban ganas de meterse dentro de la cama , tienen que mejorar mucho, porque la primera impresión cuenta y no es poco lo que uno paga

Price quality is very poor, it is dirty and dilapidated. Very bad beds, all room doors were open but all rooms have the same bad beds and are dirty.

Somente do recepcionista que foi muito solícito.

Cons:

Da limpeza do quarto(sujo e com baratas),da falta de compromisso do proprietário que nos ofereceu tranfer ,não compareceu e nem nos avisou;achei muito caro devido às condições do hotel.

Un très bon séjour dans l'hôtel Viru Viru II
Pros:

La chambre est grande. J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'accueil du personnel de l'hôtel à l'aéroport. Tout s'est très bien passé. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant. Vers 3 heures du matin, le taxi m'a ramené à l'aéroport sans problème. Merci pour l'accueil. Tout est correct.

Instalaciones viejas, las fotos que tienen no reflejan la realidad. Olor espantoso, ropa de cama vieja una sábana de cada color, cama súper incómoda con todos los resortes salidos. Nos cobraron más de lo que aparecía en Booking

Absolutamente nada. En primer lugar llegamos y nos cobraron más del precio que decía en booking, al menos 15 dólares más. Extremadamente sucio, un olor desagradable, bichos por todos lados. Nunca me había pasado de alojarme en un lugar tan pésimo.
