Nice size room and comfortable beds. Breakfast was nice. Lots of Asian style restaurants everywhere.
the thin walls as we could clearly hear the loud people next door.
We felt comfortable & enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Great breakfast to start the day.
Parking was an issue. Not enough on premises. Had to park on street but only to a set time. Flight path from Airport over building, could have used thicker glass on windows for noise reduction & better sound protection.

The room was comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable as were the 2 in-room chairs. The solid surface room floors were appreciated, no gross carpet. The breakfast was limited but OK. Parking was limited but we always were able to find a place. There are 2 malls very close by (walkable) and the Landsdowne Skytain Station is about a 15 minute walk away next to the Landsdowne Mall, making it convenient to use public transport to explore Vancouver.
The hotel was in a little bit of a run-down area and there were no sidewalks on the main street. It was safer to use the back roads with sidewalks to reach the 2 malls or McDonalds. Even though the area around the hotel was a bit run-down, we did not feel unsafe. It was the lack of sidewalks that was the main issue. There was a pool and hot tub that we did not use.
Everything was clean.
Some random folks can access the hotel and the rooftop without being clients or staff members. I got a bad experience with a person from outside the hotel and that was very frustrating and uncomfortable. Security should be reinforced.

Nothing really, except I'm still waiting for my deposit refund 6 days (4 working days later) 🙁
