Une fois pas deux.
Pros:

L’accueil et l’amabilité du personnel

Cons:

L’état général de la chambre 6.
Mauvaise odeur, prise cassée au niveau du bureau, radiateur complètement rouillé, moquette défraîchie, porte laissant passer les courant d’air en l’intérieur et l’extérieur.
L’alarme d’une voiture qui a sonné toute la nuit, le bruit de la voie rapide, bref je n’y remettrai plus les pieds.

ne répond pas au téléphone. Bilan nouvel hôtel en catastrophe. Régularisation du problème chaotique, facture jamais reçu par mail...etc

Pros:

L accueil et la gentillesse de la réceptionniste, chambre confortable (point négatif moquette au sol)salle de bain fonctionnelle avec produits d hygiène, literie confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Cons:

L insonorisation, nous avions une équipe de foot à l étage supérieur et elles ont été très bruyante jusqu'à plus de 1h du matin (je suis pas la seule à l avoir fait remarquer à la réceptionniste qui bien évidemment n était pas responsable)

Emplacement proche de grand centre commercial et bord de VE, prix, lit confortable et literie propre, bouilloire et café a disposition ce qui est un plus au vu du prix
