Les horaires que Booking avait communiqué par mail lors de la réservation n'étaient pas du tout les bonnes. Nous avons donc dû quitter la fête de famille pour aller récupérer la clé de la chambre en urgence car le personnel devait finir son service ! Cela nous a beaucoup contrarié.
