L'emplacement au top, les lits ultra confortables et les toilettes très propres. Tout était fonctionnel, j'ai bien aimé avoir une télévision à disposition. Je recommande très fortement pour de petits séjours.
La climatisation, le parking, la wifi, la proximité de l’autoroute.
Le lit de la chambre PMR ( nous avions demandé uniquement une chambre en RDC) trop haut et qui a failli provoquer une chute… Mais on a apprécié qu’on ait tenu compte de notre demande au RDC.
L’absence des buffets entrées et desserts comme autrefois et le choix très limité de restauration dans l’hôtel et à proximité.
Le fait que les quantités proposées au buffet petit déjeuner ne soient pas adaptées au nombre de clients prévus et présents.Les prix ont bien augmenté mais le pain décongelé au micro onde à la dernière minute reste chaud et n est pas consommable et peu digeste avant un certain temps de refroidissement….
Le sentiment que la qualité globale des Hôtels Campanile baisse en général depuis le Covid.

A really excellent stay. The hotel was comfortable, clean and very pleasant, and everything went smoothly from arrival to departure. After a long journey, it was exactly what we needed. I was genuinely very happy with our stay and would absolutely choose this hotel again if travelling through the area.
The shower could have been better designed, as there was no proper screen or protection to prevent the water from splashing out, so the bathroom floor ended up getting quite wet.

The room made a very good first impression. It looked recently renovated, modern, and well presented, and it was comfortable for our one-night stay. This seems to be consistent with some of the more recent reviews, which also mention the newly renovated rooms, comfortable beds, and updated bathrooms.
The staff deserve a special mention. They were very nice, welcoming, and genuinely friendly during both check-in and check-out. Our interactions with them were pleasant and made us feel welcome, so kudos to the team. This also seems to be one of the hotel's stronger points, with staff currently among its highest-rated categories on Booking.com.
We were travelling by car and mainly chose the hotel as a place to stop for the night before continuing our journey, and it worked well for that purpose. Other travellers also describe it as a practical overnight stop during longer road trips, with free parking being another advantage.
One thing to keep in mind is the limited reception/check-in hours. However, the hotel communicated this clearly with us beforehand, which we appreciated, as we knew what to expect and could plan our arrival accordingly.
Unfortunately, despite the room looking modern and clean when we arrived, we noticed several bugs inside the room, including small insects that appeared to be small cockroaches. This was quite unpleasant and was easily the biggest negative part of our stay.
It was particularly disappointing because the room itself otherwise gave a very good impression and looked well maintained. There have also been occasional comments from other guests about insects, including mosquitoes, although this does not necessarily mean there is a general pest problem at the hotel.
Hopefully, what we experienced was isolated to our room, but I think the hotel should investigate it and make sure pest control is properly addressed. Without this issue, our overall impression of the stay would have been considerably more positive.

Simple, clean and basic, but all we needed for transiting through France. Secure car parking and close to a village where you can walk to eat out. The staff were super helpful and friendly!
