C’était juste un hôtel de passage
Cons:

Je compare avec un autre Kyriad où j’ai séjourné et il n’y avait pas de plateau bouloir avec café et thé dans la chambre et au petit déjeuner pas d’œuf. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi

Pas de chauffage en plein hiver et aucune compensation
Cons:

Le chauffage n'a pas fonctionné de la nuit en plein hiver. On nous a proposé un remboursement mais nous ne l'avons jamais reçu malgré des relances.

Très bien pour un passage à Lyon
Pros:

Chambre confortable, climatisée mais située sur une coursive (donc des bruits de personnes rentrant et sortants de leur propre chambre). Bon petit déjeuner. Proche de l'aéroport par l'autoroute et les périph (environ 10 mn).

Cons:

L'hôtel est assez mal indiqué, manque de panneaux. Nous avons trouvé grâce au GPS et une autre personne cherchait aussi.

Good but be very careful when you come with electric car and want to charge
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. Location had a good access from the highway.

Cons:

The room was very warm. Shower could use an upgrade. Breakfast was very sober: no fresh juice, no eggs etc. However, the croissant were very good.
If you come with an electric car and want to charge be aware that they charge 10 euro per hour on top of the charging costs. We paid 142 euro for charging between 22:30 and 07:30h
