Pros:

This hotel is in a great location. Easy to get to downtown Sacramento. Very quiet and Breakfast was great!

Cons:

My husband had asked housekeeping to clean our room while we went out for the day but nobody came and we needed more towels.

Far exceeded expectations, would absolutely stay again!
Pros:

Couldn't have asked for a better value; I've stayed at much more expensive hotels far fewer amenities. The beds were comfortable, the room came with extra blankets and comforters as a very welcome bonus, and even a complimentary bag for dirty clothes, which I don't think I've ever seen before. I didn't get up early enough for the breakfast service, but the complementary coffee was quite welcome. Finally, though the location is a bit of a ways from the city, the route to get there is very quick so you're not much more than 10 minutes from downtown or midtown.

Cons:

I think my main complaint was that the location wasn't very inviting for going out for a walk outside as it's in the middle of a business complex, but the lobby was cozy enough for a bit of change of scenery. Another couple minor complaints that don't much impact my opinion of the quality of the room, are that many of the lamps aren't connected to a wall switch (you have to turn them all on or off individually), and the lighting at the bathroom sink is a little dim. Oh, also, the in-room coffee maker didn't seem to work, but the coffee in the lobby made up for it.

Good staff, good hotel, would stay here again!
Pros:

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was great! When food items ran out they quickly replaced them. I would stay there again, good stay and hotel!

The best thing in Sacramento
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and its location was not far from the airport.

Pros:

We were very disappointed because we came downstairs at 9:30 am for breakfast, and the kitchen attendant was very rude. I asked her if we could have some breakfast that was left over, and she responded rudely that the kitchen is closed. The attendant did not make eye contact at all.

Cons:

When we arrived at the hotel on Friday, the lobby smelled like someone was smoking weed. On Saturday at 1.45 am, I came to the lobby and saw a front desk agent sleeping. That's very unprofessional.
