Almost, but not quite.

Thus was the only hotel I could find a room with three beds for four people.

Cons:

There was a huge group that was sprawled all over the public area every time we came downstairs. The staff allowed them to take up ALL of the breakfast eating area. I realize I only booked one room, but care should be given to ensure everyone can use the facilities.

The blanket for the pull out couch was child sized. My son who had to sleep there and is 6'3" could only cover half of his body with the blanket.

We needed some Tylenol, and the little store didn't have any, and they supposedly didn't have any in stock to get out. How hard is it to keep $5.00 (for 3 pills) packages stocked?

They only let you pay for things electronically. What happened to cash? I still like to pay with cash. I like to tip with cash.

Our bathroom floor was sticky.

It's as though they cater to business people and large groups. If you don't go often and/or only booked one room, they don't care about you.

It's all of the little things that count, and they missed the mark.

Quiet and clean stay but beware of the way they clean their breakfast tables!
Pros:

I saw something disturbing to me. While eating breakfast, I saw a worker wipe her hands to clean off a table. It made me so sick I couldn't eat your breakfast the next morning! Don't you sanitize the table before the next guests eat there?

Good hotel for the Sacramento area.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean. Bed had a very nice mattress. Able to control the temperature. Lots of places to plug in chargers for laptops and phones.

Cons:

On the first floor, spotlight aimed right at the window. Even with darkening curtains, there was a lot of light coming through - made it hard to sleep. Room was also next to the maintenance room and the noises began about 6am.

Served it’s purpose
Pros:

The area was away from the busy traffic areas. The bed was good. We were allowed to check in early as they had a room ready. Pretty close to some good restaurants right on the river.

Cons:

First floor is much noisier. Breakfast was very basic & no variety
