Pros:

arrived around midnight, friendly staff was there and ready to check me in, went smooth. came down to ask a question, they were responsive and friendly.

Cons:

better coffee with real cream. I know its hard for hotels to provide good coffee, but it is what sets an average hotel apart

Good experience, and I plan to stay there again.
Pros:

Staff were great; Room was clean, plenty of room, everything in bathroom worked as it was supposed to. Quiet surroundings. Nice green area with path and stream nearby.

Cons:

There was noise in the walls - sounded like running water, like a toilet refilling.

Not horrible, and sometimes it stopped. Staff knew about it and apologized, but could not do anything about it.
