Niedopuszczalnym (z punktu widzenia klienta) jest brak funkcjonalnej restauracji hotelowej, baru czy choćby room service w hotelu międzynarodowej sieci, w którym pokój standard kosztuje 300 płn, gdzie nie ma choćby minimalnego baru wieczornego, gdzie można się czegoś napić, zjeść choćby kanapkę albo jeśli to zbyt wiele - kupić napoje lub kanapki z automatu. To jest skandal w XXI wieku ! Nawet jak na 2* standard.
