Superlativa la posizione, obsoleta la struttura.
Pros:

La recensione per questa struttura va divisa in due: se ci limitiamo a recensire la posizione allora la valutazione è superlativa. La struttura si trova praticamente sulla spiaggia a pochi passi dall'oceano. Appena si esce dall'albergo ci si trova sulla passeggiata lungomare che porta da Venice Beach a Santa Monica. Se invece ci limitiamo a recensire la struttura allora il giudizio è meno positivo. In generale struttura obsoleta che necessita di un evidente rinnovamento. Pulizia non ineccepibile con biancheria da letto che presentava alcune macchie. Anche il bagno obsoleto e poco funzionale. Cortese la ricezione al check-in mentre al check-out nessuno presente (chiave depositata nell'apposita cassetta). Comodo parcheggio privato e a pagamento all'esterno della struttura.

Cons:

Struttura obsoleta. Pulizia della camera non ineccepibile. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non adeguato.

Fantastic alternative in Venice Beach
Pros:

- The rooms with a sea view are terrific.
- You are literally on the beach.
- If you open the window, you get sea wind, and the sound of the waves, it is amazing.
- The roof top is really nice.
- The staff are very nice.

Cons:

- It is a bit old, and it has not the best maintainance.
- Poor internet. It seems problematic to hold Zoom meetings if you are doing work & travel.

Le personnel est très sympathique et à l’écoute. L’emplacement est parfait.

Cons:

Il faudrait que le ménage soit fait tous les jours, sans qu’on le demande. Juste passer le balai dans la chambre et faire la salle de bain.
