Pros:

Location was perfect! Beautiful beach views, outside lounge area was very nice

Cons:

The extremely loud noise above our room 5. All hours of the night & early morning banging, moving of furniture honestly not sure what was going on but it was so uncomfortable & disruptive

Bruyant éviter la chambre 1 juste à côté de l’entrée au rez de chaussée avec magnifique vue sur la rue et des voitures garées sur le parking au raz de la fenêtre.
Salle de bain minuscule 1 personne à la fois.
20$ pour parquer la voiture dans la rue

We could walk to Venice Beach pier, Muscle Beach and Santa Monica Pier.
Pros:

The property is right on the beach. We had a room with a Seaview. It was clean and quiet.

Cons:

No coffee machine in the rooms.

Right on Venice Beach but feel it is much better to just pay the bit more and stay at Santa Monica.

Cons:

Room was tiny, bathrooms very outdated and didn't feel clean. Light from outside beaming in the room. Had to put towels up on windows. No toilet paper, room average cleaned. Very expensive for what you get
