Personnel très acceuillant, à toute heure, Chambre bien agréable avec, à disposition, bouilloire, thé, café en poudre et tisane. Lit tès confortable, grande douche, WC séparé, idéal pour une nuit de voyage.
Bien placé et calme pour passer une bonne nuit
Mauvaise insonorisation, on entend trop la circulation routière, ou les personnes qui discutent sur la passerelle.
Escalier en colimaçon étroit pour atteindre la chambre.
Système de chauffage: l’air chaud reste en hauteur..
J’étais deja venu dans cette hôtel il y a 2 ans , j’ai mieux aimé la chambre que j’ai eu durant mes 2 jours d’avril de cette année que il y a 2 ans

La faculté d’accès
Receptionist, bed, TV, tea and coffee making, cleanliness, size of room, parking, access to the hotel, shower, bedding, pillows.
The aircon was not working, and it looked like it was, but the room temp never changed. Inadequate lighting, just two wall lights in the bedroom, very dark. For some reason, there was no bedside table on one side of the bed, but there didn't seem to be any reason for this. Sockets were there, just no table! Restaurant is not open at weekends and nowhere to get food in the area on a Saturday night? unless you take a 40m bus ride into the city as advised not to drive as parking is expensive and very little on street spaces. Not what you want after being on the road for 7 hours. Get something before you arrive at weekend evenings. Finally, I advise anyone with even a slight issue with stairs to ask for a ground floor room. The spiral staircase is a nightmare with bags/cases and is outside so gets wet if it rains. There is no lift.
