Great stay, Serena was amazing!
Pros:

Serena made my check in easy and quick! She put me in a great room away from noise. 10/10 recommend the recent remodel made this place way better. Great amenities and breakfast as well.

Pros:

The room was comfortable. Breakfast is always appreciated. Easy checkout.

Cons:

Could not use the app to pick our room or get a virtual key. The agent couldn't find where I paid for the room. I had to dig out my phone and show her the receipt and even then she said she would look into it and have Booking.com refund our $.
When I got on the elevator, wasn't really sure it would make it down or up.

Pros:

Location is always the key. This is our third time to book here. Breakfast was great. Hoping it will extend a bit longer.

Pros:

Anthony and Keani are awesome! They are so classy and professional. I feel like I was staying at the Ritz.
Doing a bit of remodeling right now, but you can always trust the Hampton brand for a comfortable bed and a great breakfast!
My room is quiet, clean and comfortable.
