La personne a la réception ( prénommée claire ) qui se permet de nous dire au nez car nous n avions pas la chambre souhaitée ( nous avions demandé une chambre au rez de chaussée lors de la réservation, ce qu’un nous avait été accordé ) . Cette personne a été insolente et irrespectueuse
