Le prix très raisonnable ( hors suppléments )
Emplacement ,assez près de la grande salle de concert " le carré" des docks"
Literie de qualité
Hôtel à la fois rationnel et décoré avec caractère
Fantastique terrasse au 3eme étage,/(personnel très compétent)
Parking facile
Entre le macdo , les centres commerciaux des docks ,le restaurant " People " , la terrasse du 3eme ..difficile de ne pas trouver le restaurant qui convient.
Au total ,une bonne surprise

Cons:

La tarification type " Ryanair " :
Chambre + taxe municipale+parking couvert +supplément arrivé tôt + supplément départ tard + petit déjeuner ..... vous doublez le prix !
Cette politique est acceptée chez Ryanair
car beaucoup de destinations en exclusivité,horaires mieux tenus qu ' ailleurs ,temps d embarquement records ,idem débarquement,parkings pas loin et pas cher. Mais pas dans un hôtel qui n' a pas les moyens de se distinguer......c ' est un jeu commercial dangereux !
D'autant plus que ce n est pas indispensable ) parking dans problème ,

Établissement original qui offre un rapport qualité/prix bien réfléchi pour son client.

Le personnel, l’ambiance, le confort et la restauration dans son ensemble.

Cons:

Rien de particulier si ce n’est qu’il est peut être nécessaire d’améliorer la visibilité de l’organisation du petit-déjeuner pour le primo arrivant. Au niveau de l’hygiène, il serait indispensable de préparer la découpe du pain afin de ne pas permettre aux gens de couper le pain qu’ils touchent sans aucune protection.

Hotel Trés Sympa
Pros:

Bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel trés accueillant. Chambre fonctionnelle . Emplacement face aux Dock Vauban ou on a pu se restaurer un dimanche soir. Proximité de la gare (6 miniutes à pied) d'ou lon peut prendre un bus ou un tram pr se rendre au centre ville.
