Excelente hotel, con un muy atento servicio y disposición por parte del personal. Muy limpio y muy bonito. Fácil acceso y amplio estacionamiento. Muy recomendable!!!

This hotel is a great find if you are staying in the Yuriria/Uriangato/Moroleón area. The hotel grounds are well maintained with a very natural landscape surrounding the hotel. It is a very beautiful, natural area.

The staff member at the desk is very nice and helpful. I have gaps in my Spanish and she was very patient with me. (One of the staff members did speak English, but I really tried to speak Spanish as best as I could.)

The room was very clean. Absolutely no complaints at all. It was very comfortable, the hot water worked just fine, and the temperature was adjustable. Not to mention the space…it was a very nice sized room and very open. It may be the least cluttered room I have ever stayed in. Perfection!

I have to say again that the staff member was amazing! She went out of her way to help and make sure that my stay was perfect. Thank you! :)

En general todo bien, donde si les fsllo es en el agua caliente, los 2 días que nos hospedamos, tuvimos que bajar a la recepción a avisar que se había acabado el agua caliente
