Nothing - airport shuttle was a bait and switch and cost us 60 euro
No security lock on the door. The room smelled musty. Lots of noise and traffic in parking lot late at night - query drug deals.
Many smokers right at the entrance.

La salle de bain qui date un peu et dont le cleaning n était pas parfait. Malgré la réactivité du personnel de l accueil suite à mes retours.
Le prix exorbitant du petit déjeuner, qui n est même pas compris dans le coût de la chambre.

la propreté des lieux , cela fait plusieurs année que nous allons dans cette hôtel et je pense qu'il serait temps de refaire un peu les chambres qui deviennent vétustes et aussi les extérieurs qui manquent de renouveau de fraicheur

L’emplacement
Nous avons changé 3 fois de chambre. Dans la première la Clim ne marchait pas. Dans la 2eme il y avait une fuite à la Clim et le lendemain matin, nos valises et les vêtements dans le placard étaient mouillés. Nous avons dû les faire sécher et les laver à notre retour. Il y avait un faux contact à la lumière du lavabo donc impossible de se raser correctement. Aucune excuse des employés ni aucune aide pour déménager. Le technicien de l’hôtel nous a expliqué que la fuite était connue mais que l’hôtel serait démoli prochainement et que la direction ne voulait faire aucun frais. Une épave de voiture était stationnée sur le parking près de l’accueil. Nous demandons un geste commercial pour tous ces désagréments et problèmes. Booking.com devrait mieux surveiller cet hôtel avant de proposer des chambres à la location.
