Estadia perfeita.
Pros:

A nossa receção foi calorosa e amigável. Os funcionários foram prestáveis, desde o transporte das malas até à explicação de todos os pormenores da nossa estadia. A decoração do hotel e o ambiente envolvente são muito bons. Os jardins, a piscina, as espreguiçadeiras estavam muito bem cuidados. O ambiente do restaurante era calmo, com música tocada ao piano, calma e relaxante, todas as manhãs. O pequeno-almoço e o jantar eram magníficos, com muita variedade. Serviços organizados e dedicados ao cliente. Sem confusão, sem filas e sem barulho.

Perfect.
Pros:

The view and location were excellent. The vibe was very relaxed and welcoming. The room felt very private. The breakfast was fantastic! The pianist was great and so was the sparkling wine. :)

My friend and I were REALlY impressed with 2 young men that worked in the hotel. I think they were called ‘Rudi ‘ and ‘Ricardo’ . Very polite, friendly and helpful young men. A real asset to the hotel.
They were on an ‘apprenticeship’ I think. I hope
they do well and go far in their careers. :)

Tranquilidade e paz
Pros:

Localização do hotel e acesso privado à praia, pequeno almoço de muita variedade e boa qualidade, quarto Impecavelmente limpo e espaçoso com vista espetacular (Quarto Premium com Vista Mar Frontal), limpeza e decoração do hotel excecionais.
Serviço do bar da piscina; enganos nos pedidos e a demora na entrega dos mesmos, não vou pôr em pontos negativos porque acredito que sejam situações pontuais e a melhorar, deixo aqui o meu agradecimento à Sra. Cláudia ao jovem Ricardo e ao Sr. Nelson que foram muito amáveis e prestáveis.

Trotzdem super Hotel, wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Strand und das Essen waren spitze.Sowie die Poolanlage war toll.

Cons:

Wir sind in der Nacht angereist. Der Nachtportier hat uns Parkplätze gezeigt vor dem Hotel, dort könnten wir parken. Leider gilt dies nur bis sieben Uhr am Morgen. Hat uns 60 Euro gekostet.
