Just Awful!
Pros:

The room looked OK but first glance was betrayed by all kinds of issues.
The shower clasp was broken so the shower had to be held rather than act like a shower.
Very difficult to believe that whoever cleaned the room the previous night didn’t notice and report this.
The sink was cracked, only 1 of the 2 bedside lights was working … other than that! Food was ok, but in the restaurant for dinner they’d actually run out of bottles of red wine ..... in France!
We endured a pichet of red, presumably from a wine box somewhere.
The rather embarrassed waitress discounted our meal, which was nice.
Here just 1 night, then moved to an airbnb.
Never again at Campanile, after our 1 star experience in Nice.
Told the guy on reception when checking out.
No apology, just a Gallic shrug.

Overnight stay en route to Spain.
Pros:

Arrived around 8.45pm after having phoned reception to advise. Although notice advised that dinner would be available until 9.30pm, restaurant was closed and was being hosed down for cleaning would guess that closure was at least 30mins before we arrived .
Didn’t bother with breakfast.
Having stayed at this hotel in the past was surprised dinner had been closed early
