Pros:

Hotel verdient 5-Sterne für seine Lage, Gartenanlage und Aussicht, ebenso für Frühstück, Personal bis auf wenige Ausnahmen perfekt.

Cons:

Wir hatten 5 Sterne Preferred-Club gebucht und bezahlt, das Service allerdings entspricht bei weitem nicht dieser Kategorie. Concierge-Service fraglich, 5 Tage hat es gedauert bis wir den angeforderten Sonnenschirm für unsere Terrasse erhielten und das auch erst, als wir das Management eingeschaltet haben (Sonnenschirm war allerdings kaputt, 3 Speichen hatten den Stoff durchstoßen, hatte ich dann selbst genäht - "tolles" 5-Stern Service.
Gebuchte Standsuite entspricht 3-Stern, ausschließlich über eine "Keller-Treppe" zu erreichen, hier wird man auch noch mit Heißgebläse "verwöhnt", einfach unzumutbar und des weiteren war die Fluchttüre versperrt. Da wir zusätzlich Preferred gebucht haben, konnten wir einen damit bezeichneten Hotelabschnitt benützen, in diesem Bereich war auch der Wellness- und Fitnessbereich und ein extra Pool. Im Wellnessbereich wurde mir die Benützung der Sanitäranlage verwehrt (nur für Gäste), ich solle die Toilette neben der Bar benützen, wow welch Aussage für 5-Sterne usw., usw.

Wir sind in der glücklichen Lage, uns 5 und 6 Sterne Häuser leisten zu dürfen und schätzen diesen Service sehr, aber dieses Haus hat die ***** nicht verdient, hier ist noch sehr viel Luft nach oben - leider eine Erfahrung die wir uns gerne erspart hätten.
Wir kennen unzählige Häuser, die diese Kategorie perfekt umsetzen, Villamil /Hyatt gehört nicht dazu.

Cons:

객실에 에어컨 문제가 있어서 직원을 여러번 불렀으나 해결되지않았고, 직급이 높아보이는 분께서 해당 객실에서 못잘거같으면 객실을 추가금없이 추가로 배정해준다고하였습니다. 그래서 몇시간 후 다른 직원에게 객실요청을 하였으나 다른 방들도 에어컨 상태가 다 똑같다고 해당 객실에서 잠을 자란 뉘앙스의 말을 들었습니다. 결국 프론트가서 객실을 추가로 받긴하였으나, 룸 컨디션에대한 컴플레인 인수인계가 안되어있는 부분이 아쉬웠습니다.

Treated disgracefully, no apology from management (would never return)

I liked the majority of the staff

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that one of the bar staff poured a drink in my wife's lap and refused to apologise which led to us leaving a day early. All down to a misunderstanding, a couple we met at the hotel were all inclusive and they bought us a drink and booked it to their room (one drink), the waitress took offense.

Service de l'hôtel et très bien, Piscine , Spa, Bar, etc.

La chambre No 321 n'est pas du tout ce que j'espérait , Petite d'ouche très glissante, brosserie qui tombe, peux de pression d'eau, Porte de chambre mal isolée du couloir (bruit), clim qui fait trop de bruit, Finition globale de la salle de bain et pas vraiment au top.

Nice but not spectacular
Pros:

Great beachfront location and very clean throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we asked to move rooms. After being moved, our second room was exactly what we’d hoped for - bright, with a fantastic sea view and a much nicer overall feel. The hotel has a lot of character and the grounds are well maintained. The breakfast selection was good and the adults-only atmosphere made for a relaxing stay.

Cons:

The hotel feels quite dated in places and could do with a refresh, particularly the bathrooms, which don’t really match the price point or 5-star rating. We were initially placed in a Junior Suite instead of the Double Deluxe Frontal Sea View room we had specifically booked. While the suite was larger, it wasn’t the room we’d chosen. It was also directly below the breakfast restaurant, and we were woken early by the sound of chairs scraping across the floor above us. To the hotel’s credit, they moved us when we raised the issue.

The pool loungers were usually claimed very early in the morning, although this seems to be common at most holiday hotels. We also felt the hotel was expensive for what it offers. Finally, for anyone interested in the local area, Paguera caters heavily towards German tourists, with many German restaurants, bars and pubs. Nothing wrong with that, but it didn’t feel as authentically Spanish as we would normally prefer.
