Nie wieder. Es war auch das ziemlich einzigste Hotel in der Nähe von Antrags und Palma das Zimmer hatte, und da ich mir

Komplett veraltet und beinahe 2000 € für zwei Nächte in keinster Weise wert. Woher die fünf Sterne stammen, ist mir persönlich ein Rätsel zu Beginn und ich habe absichtlich ein Hotel gesucht, dass auch über einen Parkplatz verfügt wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sie keine Plätze verfügbar hätten und ich mein Auto selbst parken soll. Genau das wollte ich vermeiden, da in dieser Ortschaft kaum verfügbare Parkplätze sind. nachdem ich den zuständigen Manager geholt hab, war es auch nicht möglich und erst nach einem sehr ausdrücklichen Auftritt meinerseits wurde gnädigerweise gegen über 90 € für zwei Nächte. Was ja auch in Ordnung wäre mein Auto entgegengenommen, wobei ich sagen würde, dass das Person von unten nach oben freundlicher war. Der Manager und die Rezeptionistin waren eher sehr ablassen und in keinster Weise interessiert. Anscheinend ist die Lage des Hotels. der einzige Lichtblick ich war mit meinen Mitarbeitern letztes Jahr für ein Wochenende schon mal da da waren wir 13 Personen und zumindest da waren alle freundliche und ich habe auch sehr mit Trinkgeld nachgeholfen. Das war Mitte September 25 jetzt war’s ihnen wohl nicht wichtig genug Das Zimmer war wirklich schrecklich Es hat gestunken. Es war nicht wirklich sauber und absolut veraltet und einem Fünf Sterne hayett in keinster Weise würdig?.

Schönes Hotel für einen entspannten Aufenthalt am Meer

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Durch ein Tor kommt man direkt zum Strand. Das Hotel ist an der Hauptstrasse in Paguera, rundherum diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Gepflegtes Hotel, freundliches Personal, saubere Anlage.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück relativ wenig Plätze draussen, kann zu Wartezeiten führen, wenn man draussen essen möchte. Die Zimmer sind zwar sauber, doch bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Kleiderschrank hatte einen unangenehmen geruch. Zudem war über unserem Zimmer die Sonnenterrasse. Ab 0730 Uhr wurden dort bereits die Liegestühle hin und her geschoben, was ziemlich laut war. Einige Fliessen im Badezimmer sind kaputt.

Super schönes Hotel, sehr herzliches Personal. Es wird auf jedes Anliegen eingegangen. Eine Zentrale Lage, direkt am Bulevar.
Essen war super lecker und frisch.
Am Pool etwas wenig Liegestühle, jedoch bemüht sich das Personal sehr um Lösungen.
Zimmer war hervorragend, gross viel Platz mit grossem Kleiderschrank. (genug Platz für Kleidung von 2 Personen )
Öffentlicher Strand direkt vom Hotel erreichbar.
Das Rauchen nur an Gekenntzeichneten Bereichen Erlaubt. Und auch auf den Balkonen untersagt.

Cons:

Ja es gibt seperate Bereiche für Club Mitglieder, dies beinhaltet Tische beim Buffet Restaurant, kleinen Pool und Liegen. Dies empfand ich jedoch nicht als schlimm.
Leider war in mein Zimmer eine verschlosse Türe zum Nachbarzimmer, dadurch nicht ganz "Lärm" isoliert. Sowie die Türen sind sehr Laut beim schliessen.

Am Stand gibts keinen Schatten, ausser man mitet sich für 20€ eine Liege mit Sonnenschirm. Ich fände es cool, wenn das Hotel auch Sonnenschirme zurverfügung stellen könnte (wie es oft mit Regenschirmen gemacht wird)

Insgesamt ein gediegenes Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre, das jedoch aufgrund von Renovierungsbedarf, mangelnder Sauberk
Pros:

Insgesamt hat mir das Hotel gut gefallen. Es ist ein gediegenes Haus mit angenehmer Atmosphäre und einem gewissen Charme. An einigen Stellen merkt man allerdings, dass es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und eine Renovierung guttun würde. Mit ein paar gezielten Modernisierungen könnte das Hotel deutlich an Attraktivität gewinnen. Alles in allem war mein Aufenthalt dennoch angenehm und ich habe mich wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Leider entsprach das Hotel in mehreren Punkten nicht meinen Erwartungen an ein 5-Sterne-Haus. Die Reinigung wirkte teilweise unfreundlich und unzureichend; unter anderem befand sich noch eine Kontaktlinse an der Badezimmerwand.

Störend empfand ich zudem die spürbare Bevorzugung sogenannter Preferred-Gäste sowie den zeitweise nicht anwesenden Bademeister, der offenbar andere Aufgaben übernehmen musste.

Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang der Direktion mit meiner Reklamation. Mein Anliegen wurde nicht ernsthaft aufgenommen, und ich hatte den Eindruck, dass man einer direkten Klärung auswich.

Auch Wände und Decken wirken teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. In ihrer Summe entsprechen diese Punkte für mich nicht dem erwarteten Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels.

Estadia quase perfeita!
Pros:

Localização à beira-mar e perto de muitos restaurantes e pequenas lojas.

Cons:

Internet instável e lenta. Minha esposa não conseguiu acesso, além de mim.
NÃO tem smartTV mas apenas TV convencional.
Ajustaram a temperatura do Ar Condicionado do quarto para 25 ºC e não conseguíamos mudar. Chegou a fazer calor no quarto.
