Beautiful hotel, but six nights without proper air conditioning at €450 per night is simply unacceptable.
Pros:

The hotel has a beautiful location, lovely views, and a pleasant overall atmosphere. The property itself is stylish and well maintained, and most of the staff were friendly and polite.

Cons:

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was completely unacceptable.
For all 6 days of our stay, the air conditioning in our room did not work properly. With outside temperatures reaching 34°C (93°F), the temperature inside our room climbed to 26–27°C (79–81°F) every single night. Sleeping comfortably was simply impossible.
The staff kept apologizing, sent us a complimentary bottle of champagne, and repeatedly assured us that there was a technical issue affecting the entire hotel and that it would be fixed “very soon.” It never was.
The “solution” we eventually received? A fan. In a luxury hotel.
Charging €450 per night while being unable to provide one of the most basic expectations -a properly air-conditioned room -is unacceptable. Air conditioning is not a luxury add-on in the middle of summer; it is a fundamental part of what guests are paying for, especially at this price point.
The hotel clearly failed to anticipate or maintain a reliable cooling system. Good intentions, apologies, and complimentary champagne do not compensate for six sleepless nights in an overheated room.

For the amount of money we paid, I expected comfort, professionalism, and a functioning room. Instead, I got excuses, broken promises, and a fan.

I cannot recommend this hotel unless they resolve these serious issues. A luxury hotel should never ask its guests to endure conditions like this while charging premium rates.

Beaucoup trop cher au regard des prestations offertes

La qualité des repas du soir, literie confortable, endroit calme et serein, personnel agréable et sympathique

Cons:

Les prix sont beaucoup trop élevés au regard des prestations offertes : établissement globalement vieillissant (bois usé dans les chambres, moquette surannée, ascenseur d'une lenteur extrême,...). Les prestations sont finalement d'une piètre qualité, au regard du prix payé (près de 400 Euros la nuit en demi-pension pour deux) : petite piscine, salle de sport équipée d'un seul tapis de course et climatisée à 25 degrés, double expresso facturé 5 Euros au bar de la piscine, connexion internet peu performante.... Et il faut débourser 40 Euros par jour pour faire garder sa voiture de location !! Une bonne cuisine globalement au buffet du soir, mais Des crêpes et des gauffres industrielles le matin. Le personnel ne parle pas du tout français. Grosse coupure d'électricité le dernier soir dans la rue principale de la ville si peu charmante de Peguesa, mais qui s'est prolongée pendant une heure à l'hôtel et qui a durablement affecté la connexion internet....

Todo muy bien, salvo algunas excepciones puntuales.

Las instalaciones son perfectas. Todo muy hermoso. Comida deliciosa.

Algunas mujeres del equipo, al parecer supervisoras, en los restaurantes se notaban de mala actitud. Vi algo que no me gustó para nada. Había una pareja de turistas que hablaban Portugués, se sentaron en una mesa por error que ya estaba ocupada y la Garzón a o supervisora, les gritó, frente a todos, enojada “ESA MESA ESTÁ OCUPADA!! NO PUEDES SENTARTE AHÍ!!”. Como una mujer furiosa totalmente falta de respeto. Yo lo encontré impresentable para el nivel de experiencia que ofrecen. No costaba nada que se acercara al huésped y de forma privada le comentara “Señor, disculpe, esta mesa está ocupada, pero le puedo ofrecer aquella”. Todos en la terraza quedamos con cara de asustados por el grito de la mujer.

Eines der besten Hotels an der Südküste der Insel, aber auch mit einigen Schwächen.
Pros:

Lage und Zustand des Hotels sind wie gewohnt vorzüglich. Ebenso die Freundlichkeit des Personals, besonders auch im Restaurant Seaside Grill, wo auch die Küche hervorragend ist. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Umstand, dass das Hotel jenen Gästen, die bereits ausgecheckt haben und nachmittags noch im Hotel bleiben, einen Umkleideraum mit Dusche zur Verfügung stellt. BRAVO!

Cons:

Dafür, dass die Zimmer etwas klein geraten sind, kann das Hotel nichts. Dafür, dass sie relativ teuer sind, jedoch schon. Störend wirkt der Umstand, dass wesentliche Teile des Hotelgartens nur den Gästen in den "Luxus-Zimmern" zur Verfügung stehen. Dabei wirbt das ganze Hotel mit 5 *****.

Красивая уютная территория, вкусная кухня, большие хорошие номера. Заботливый внимательный персонал, причем везде: рецепшн, приват зона бассейна, А ля карт, рестораны. Вечерняя программа. Удобная, тихая приват зона у пляжа на территории отеля.

The hotel was good but it was disappointing that there were never sufficient sunbeds for the number of people staying at the hotel, the parasols were too big which frequently placed one in the shadows. given one had paid a premium for a 5 star hotel it was disappointing to note one could upgrade to preferred status to acquire a sunbed.
The Wifi was very poor and drinks were very expensive.

Pros:

Proximity to the beach, breakfast with a lot of good options

Cons:

Water kept flowing out of the shower into the floor; also, it was our fourth year coming to this hotel and, for the first time, we had issues with the beds at the pool. For 3 times, we were deprived of either our beds or sunshade during our absence for lunch. This was really annoying.
