Gran Hotel Sóller

An absolutely beautiful hotel with the friendliest and most attentive staff. One of my favourite hotel because of the quality of food, accommodation and staff - just lovely!

Beautiful hotel - very relaxing attentive friendly helpful reception - great spa facilities used them every day and the view from the rooftop pool is absolutely beautiful! The room was a standard but was perfect with a balcony and cleaned exceptionally every morning - the food and wine 👌🏾 and the area surrounding the hotel is wonderful - highly recommend the curry house outside the hotel - Thankyou Gran Hotel and also loved the art !! And John Lennon in our room ☮️

This property was amazing. The room was so spacious and clean and the rooftop had the best views. The food on the rooftop was great as well and the staff was friendly and helpful.

A truly smart hotel.
Set in a beautiful location with 360 views of the surrounding mountains.
We stayed in September for 3 nights, booking a superior room with a balcony.
The hotel is beautifully appointed, with a lovely interior.
Our room was a good size with a great layout.
The breakfast was outstanding quality, with a comprehensive choice.
The pool on the top floor afforded some amazing views.
All of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Our third stay at this wonderful hotel and it never fails to impress. The ambience is perfect and you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door.
The staff are brilliant. Friendly, helpful, welcoming and professional. This has become an annual 'escape' for my wife and me and we will be back again next year!

We are half way through our nine nights at the Gran Hotel, and this is our third stay here.
It is, quite simply, the nicest place to stay in Soller. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is well equipped. The breakfast is excellent, lots of choice and very good coffee, and the bar is a great place to end your day.
But.
The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Same faces every year ( which is a great indication of the ability to retain staff) and they are just so friendly, fun and efficient. It is difficult to single out any one person, but a special shout out to Danny in the bar/restaurant for his unfailing good humour, sense of fun and for ordering our favourite tipple so that we can enjoy our nightcap every evening.
We travel worldwide several times a year, but at least one of those is here.

Fabulous hotel in prime location in soller! Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough - in perfect location, lovely decor and rooms - feels very grand. Very handy being able to park centrally in soller and you can also use the car park of their sister hotel in port de soller. The staff on reception were exceptional - nice and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. We hope to be back one day!

Fabulous location, comfortable rooms, well equipped roof terrace with pool and stunning views. Friendly helpful staff, who made us feel like valued guests. Price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. We had a standard room in the annex with a small balcony that was large enough to sit on, overlooking the street. Breakfast was exceptional. Thanks for a lovely stay!

This was our 4th trip to GHS. It had been 2 years since we were last there. It is a hotel where tradition is important but so is continuous improvement.
We immediately noticed significant spa, gym & rooftop pool modernisation. Much more comfortable without compromising the traditional feel.
The hotel is stunning inside & outside but its main advantage is its staff! Without doubt the friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Nothing is too much bother - right down to the advance comms via WhatsApp to ensure comfort from the moment you arrive - we asked for a mattress topper.
The housekeeping and waiting staff were warm & friendly while the reception staff were so professional and made it their duty to suggest restaurants/visits /things to do etc..
The Soller valley is beautiful but you’d be missing a trick if your visit didn’t include the Gran Hotel Soller !

A special hotel with fabulous small rooftop pool with views of the mountains! Excellent breakfasts. We had a junior suite which served the family well.

We had a great stay here. The staff were incredibly helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The pool on the roof is small and all the us loungers were taken but we spent some time in the spa which the kids loved.
The room was lovely with comfortable beds and they made the kids bed up for us. It’s a great location near the square and is a beautiful old building. We would definitely stay again

I have travelled all over the world and stayed in literally hundreds of hotels. I can honestly say this is one of the most enjoyable stays I have ever had. The staff were simply amazing - in the bars, restaurants, at breakfast, reception and cleaners. All polite, friendly and very efficient. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, though perhaps some of the furnishings are slightly dated, but because the rest of the hotel is so nice I overlooked this as it wasn’t a major issue. The pool and spa are both clean and fully functional. The bars were well stocked. Live jazz in the bar just topped it off for me. The location is right in the centre, 2 minutes walk to the main square. I also loved the mountains view from our room and the rooftop pool.

I will definitely return here and can highly recommend this hotel to couples and families alike.

And the best part - this is a family run business, not a corporate brand (they all feel the same).

Absolutely beautiful stay at this property! It looks like a castle! The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is delicious. Parking on property is so convenient. Just 1 block away from the center of Soller, but feels like you're in a retreat. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Great hotel great service. Exceptional breakfast, including cava. The only complaint I would have is parking is limited and nowhere does it say you have to pay for it, just that it's available.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in may. The room was lovely with a balcony and with a mountsin view. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty og options including lokal products. The rooftop pool had a great view, a bit cold though. The spa area and pool was pure luxury. Excelent food in the restaurant and the bar. Great service.

Gorgeous location in beautiful Soller, Gran Hotel does not disapoint. Impeccable service and very nice staff will make your stay here very much worth the extra cost. Which in all fairness is not that steep. Very nice breakfast and close to all amenities and trails. with a pool on the top and cellar this place has something for all.

This hotel is super cute!! They keep the property in shape and it is super clean. The location is amazing and close to shoppings and dinning.
