Mattress was very worn with the springs making it very uncomfortable. No hand towels ion batch room. We had to fetch from reception. Shower head was not working properly. Table lamp was dangerous because the light bulb plus was broken from the base. I turned it off at the wall. It had recently been PAT tested. People sleeping on the walkway near our bedroom. Curtains were worn with holes in them. The window shutter would not close so light and sound came into our room all night. Reception were not happy to return the photo copies of our Driving licenses which were used as i.d. I had to insist they gave me the photo copy. No good explanation was given as to the reason i.d. was needed and why it had to be retained. Reception attitude was arrogant.

The sockets didn't work in the first room they put us in, the toilet didn't flush in the second room, the third room was ok. There were lots of cobwebs in the rooms, all the pillows were lumpy and thin (they only give you one each), the tvs didn't work, the bathrooms had no locks, the bathroom floor and walls of the shower were dirty and I found a bug in the bed and my mum and I ended up sleeping ontop of the covers with our coats laying over us. We were told that all of the rooms have air conditioning but they didn't, we ended up having to buy a fan from tesco, the towels were dirty aswell! Don't use this hotel, there are plenty other ones nearby, a little bit pricier but a whole lot nicer.

This is a budget Hotel/Motel in a central location of Hull most probably 1/3 cheaper than other hotels. great to sleep in friendly staff and clean.

Friendly staff. More like a motel. Near railway station. Warm room. Clean. Quiet on the carpark side.

My stay was very bad as my room didn’t have heating, the only source of heat was in the bathroom. I had to wear jackets to sleep and the bed is terrible. Why does it still operate??? The place needs renovation

Absolutely what it says cheep and cheerful, lovely staff walking distance from center . Will go back when visiting Hull.

Booked to stay after a comedy night, checked in and left 15minutes later. Not a hotel just cabins. Two metal doors to enter the room like a prison. Bed springs non existent just fell straight to the base. Bathroom mouldy. Red flag should have been the email after booking explaining you have to show ID for all guests or you don't get it due to a local police safeguarding project. Ruined our trip.

Only a short stay other guests where noisy and a lot of traffic on Beverly road
