It was comfortable the only thing no hairdryer in the room land

Outside but hopefully it will get better and only thing i would say make it a minimum of a 2 night stay to try and get rid of the reputation it's had hopefully attract better people.

Staff brilliant

Cons:

Didnt get a breakfast which we paid for. Got a bag with bits in should of been told this before our stay.Also me and my wife gidnt get any sleep due to a couple arguing and fighting from 10pm till 7am sunday morning. Police were called at 3am and 8am. Me and my wife couldnt wait to leave this property we were so tied .It put a dampner to what would of been a grest weekend .look forward to your reply

The staff were really lovely.
Although the facilities provided were nothing compared to expectations. They didn’t have a fan or any hairdryer/iron.
Additionally many maintenance issues.

Friendly staff and very helpful
Travel cot - they made a huge effort with this and my son slept well
Cheap bar
Parking right outside the room which was good as we had brought a lot of stuff with us

Cons:

Small room
No fridge
The room was cold
Area was questionable although next to city centre and a short walk from the deep we had a sense that drug activity was going on in the area and we had a small child with us

Overall had a good stay!
Pros:

The rooms have been recently refurbished. Comfortable beds and nice decor. Shower was excellent! Decent wall mounted TV. Good blackout curtains. Very good for the price.

Cons:

No coat hangers or hooks so nowhere to hang our clothes. Only one sugar, coffee sachet and milk per person. Needs a small bin as nowhere to dispose of empty sachets. One pillow each which were lumpy which was a shame because we found the beds to be comfortable. Lights not fully working in the second room. I think these are teething problems that can be easily sorted and would come back again.

Excellent clean hotel friendly staff and great value for money

The hotel has been modernised and is very clean with very friendly staff . Great location, 2 mins walk from the city centre , excellent value for money
