Pros:

Had a brilliant stay, a few issues but nothing the lovely staff didn't do their absolute best to resolve ☺️

Cons:

The electric went in our room which the reception staff was aware of as an issue but dealt with it quickly and was very friendly and polite in dealing with.

Pros:

It was a good distance from Asiat park. The people were pretty nice. And we only needed somewhere to crash for the night and it served its purpose.

Cons:

There were no towels. Like anywhere in the room. A bathmat was found, but no towels.

Los van de relatief goedkope prijs was dit in geen geval een aanrader.
Pros:

Niet ver van Asiat park waar we moesten zijn voor Comic Con Open Air. Ook een lekker ontbijt. Simpel maar goed.

Cons:

Zowel de lavabo als het bad hadden geen dop op de afvoer. Hierdoor was lavabo als bad vullen onmogelijk. Enkel douchen dus. Daarnaast was er slechts 1 van de 2 gordijnen aanwezig in de kamer waardoor het venster niet volledig kon afgedekt worden. Hierdoor was er ‘s morgens meteen licht in de kamer waardoor het niet aan te raden is met jonge kinderen. Als klap op de vuurpijl zaten we ‘s morgens een 5 tal minuten vast in de lift. Gelukkig werden we na een 5 tal minuten bevrijd en hebben we de rest van ons verblijf de trap gebruikt. Er is veel renovatiewerk nodig aan dit hotel. Jammer.

Είναι σε καλή τοποθεσία έχει μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς πολύ κοντά γύρω γύρω και μικρά εστιατόρια και σουπερμάρκετ μπορείς ν

Το προσωπικό ήτανε πολύ ευχάριστο και διατεθειμένο να εξυπηρετήσει είμαι πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένη.

Cons:

Το γεγονός ότι δεν είχε air condition είναι δύσκολο για τις ζεστές μέρες.

Het aardige personeel, voor een paar nachten slapen niks verkeerds mee. Alleen de prijs was wat hoger vanwege het bts concert

Staff disponibile, multilingue, sempre presente, gentile!

Cons:

Pulizia molto parca,moquette molto sporca, abbiamo trovato anche sangue sia sul muro che nel lavabo in bagno. Lontano dal centro di Bruxelles.

Inviertan en ventiladores. Va a volver a ocurrir, y cada vez con más frecuencia en verano.
Pros:

Ubicación 10 para el propósito del viaje. 2 minutos a la estación y buena cominucación en general, también con el centro de la ciudad. La cama comodísima, un 10.
Establecimiento bastante limpio y personal amable.

Cons:

El desayuno 17 euros por persona me resulta algo caro para la categoría del hotel y lo que ofrecen. Es de todos modos opcional, lo coges si quieres :)

De la previsión del hotel en cuanto a la ola de calor previamente anunciada y que hayamos intentado, sin éxito, descansar a temperaturas pasados los 30 grados, mejor no comentar nada. Espero por el bien de futuros huéspedes que se equipen al menos con ventiladores para la planta de arriba. Ha sido un verdadero infierno.

We do not recommend. Totally outdated.

Totally overpriced for what you get. We stayed there after a day and night out at a festival nearby. We checked in at noon but could not yet see or enter our room which was fine. We were told it was no problem to check in at midnight which we did. Night staff was very slow and unprofessional. Our room was simply not cleaned when we entered. Bed slept in and undone, towels on the floor. So we had to wait for another room that took for ever. It was a hot summer day and the hotel is very old and has no airco whatsoever. Our second room also on the third floor was simply dreadful. Heat was stuck in the corridor and inside the room. The night staff simply said: ‘oh, third floor. Yes, that is a sauna up there.’ As soon as we woke up at 6h we wanted to leave, but even that took forever. He simply let us wait at the reception while prepping breakfast buffet all by himself, to come tell us what code to use to get out of the parking lot.
