More than functional and good value
Pros:

Welcoming staff, beautifully clean room. Evening meal was tasty and good service. Breakfast was fresh and excellent.

Cons:

The keycard didn't work initially and I am not sure that it was programmed. This means traipsing up two flights of stairs and then back to reception to get it re-programmed. They need to be more reliable or checked before issue - not sure which went wrong. The bed was very narrow.

Too basic for a holiday. Perhaps good for working night stop if desperate.
Pros:

Good bed and shower. Nice guy on reception.

Cons:

We haven’t visited Campanile for many years and had not realised that the food offering has become so poor. Would not use Campanile again now. Also the location is really awful. You could not count this as a part of your holiday, it is all too basic

A great place to use for short stays, will definitely use again
Pros:

Everything about our stay was good, the staff were excellent. A perfect stopover before catching an early morning ferry.

Cons:

The aircon in the rooms was brilliant, but due to the extreme weather the public areas did seem rather stuffy and warm.
