Maksimal komfort og ro i en travel by.
Pros:

Godt utvalg, virkelig noe for enhver. God kvalitet og smak. Store og stilfulle spisearealer. Ryddig, rent og hyggelig personale. Det var usedvanlig rolig og stille i gaten utenfor, helt perfekt med tanke på komfort.

Cons:

Det kunne med fordel vært litt lengre åpningstid på sauna i spa'et. Deler av gulvteppene er klare for utskiftning. Utvalget i lobby-baren kunne med fordel vært litt større. Ellers lite å utsette på et meget komfortabelt opphold.

Ok hotel for one night stay
Pros:

Room was very spacious. Beds were comfortable and very good to sleep. Breakfast was just okay since we had very high expactations based on the reviews. Spa area was very small and at the time we visited it was very crowded (many kids), otherwise very cozy (though steam sauna smelled very bad). Good location. The room had microwave, dishes, fridge, few chairs and table, well equipped.

Cons:

There was a smell of a cigarette smoke coming into the room from the ventilation. The soundproofing was also poor as there was constant running noise from the room upstairs. We reported these problems to the reception and the staff said they would do something about it but unfortunately nothing happened.

Kui läbi "Booking" tellida siis osa infost võib jääda ebaselgeks.
Pros:

Asukoht väga mugav ja hea, st kesklinnas, kust oli hea jalutada linna ja tagasi. Personal sõbralik ja suhtlus eesti keeles, mis Tallinna kohta paraku juba kõikjal kahjuks öelda ei saa...ja see on kummaline, st nii olla ei tohiks.

Toit: kuna meil oli juba vara, st kl: 05.00 lahkumine, saime nn "toidupakid" mis olid enam-vähem ja hotelli hommikusööki ei oska seega hinnata.

Cons:

Ei meeldinud mitu asja! Esiteks kui pakkumises oli lubatud nii parkimine kui spa külastus...siis, parkimine osutus tasuliseks ehk hotellist väljas pool (hotelli enda parkla olevat täis), millega hotell ei tegelenud, st väljas olev parkla polnud hotelliga seotud. Parklas aga selgus, et el voolu pole ja tõkkepuu ei tööta ehk sisse ja ka välja ei pääse, tn kaua seista ei saanud, st muidu saab maksmata parkimise eest trahvi...pidime ootama, kuni kõrval olevast majast keegi väljus, kellel oli parkla manuaalse tõkkepuu avamise võti, tema siis aitas sisse...ja jäime lihtsalt lootma, et vara hommikul välja pääseme!
Spa: kahjuks oli põhi ehk FIN saun remondis ja seda me kasutada ei saanudki ja kuna spa on seal ju väike, vaid 2 saunakest ja pisike bassein...siis jäi ju saunatamine ehk spa nautimine poolikuks aga raha võeti ju täis teenuse eest!

Kaikki sujui mallikkaasti ja viihdyimme junior suitessa hienosti. Ihanan tilava huone!
Pros:

Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja runsas, hieman keskivertoa parempi. Aamiasalueella on riittävästi pöytiä eikä ruuhkia syntynyt buffet pöytien ympärille.

Cons:

Toivoisin aamiaiselle sämpylöitä leikattavien leipien sijaan sillä niiden käsittely on noh, jokaisen omissa käsissä.
Aamiaiskattauksen henkilökunta voisi käsitellä laseja ja lautasia hieman armollisemmin, kilahtelu kävi kipakasti omiin korviinkin.

Zentrales Hotel mit sauberen und komfortablen Zimmern und einen leckeren Frühstück.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind komfortable, schön eingerichtet und sauber Auch das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und Lecker . Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man erreicht alles fußläufig, solange man im zentrum bleibt.

Cons:

Das Personal wirkt sehr unfreundlich und maulfaul.. Als Gast fühlt man sich nicht wirklich gesehen oder wertgeschätzt. Vor alllem an der Rezeption ist das spürbar. Kein guten Tag, kein freundliches Lächeln oder nettes Gesicht. Gut, ich kome nicht ins Hotel weil ich mich feiern lassen will, aber etwas Freundlichkeit schadet nicht. Ich war schon in vielen Hotels in Tallinn und hier war es wirklich einzigartig schlecht.
