The property is nice and calm

Cons:

My girlfriend had intoxication from the food . We flew from barcelona we arrived to tenerife we had no food at all until we had lunch in the hotel . My girlfriend had salmon poke bowl and i had pasta . And dinner we had it also in the hotel but my girlfriend started to have pain in her stomach that night and following morning she started to vomit and very bad pain in her stomach we had to speak to the supervisor and she managed to get the doctore to come to the villa to check my girlfriend and she had to give her injection for the pain and vomit . She vomited more than 7 times and she lost all her energy ….etc today when we checked out one of the worker first time i saw her she said she is the manager her name is Lidia she asked me how was the stay i mentioned bad because we wasted 2 days because of the bad food and my girlfriend got intoxication from the food of the first day of our arrival . Alll she said with very bad attitude how do you know its our food , so i said because it was first and only meals we had in your hotel she kept saying no its a virus that maybe your girlfriend brought with her i answered that not true and we know its the food so please lets stop here because i dont want to keep arguing . She actually wanted to keep arguing from her attitude and before leaving from far away she said have nice flight “BACK “. So this women she is not professional and she doesn’t have the capability to speak to customer as she is giving bad image to the place. She did not even ask about my girlfriend if she is feeling okay . Total ignorance . Anyway we had bad experience in this place . They havent been flexible to offer us an extra 2 days that we wasted because of their food experience.

Pros:

Everything was amazing! The staff were the best we've ever come across. Our room, a lagoon suite, was incredible. The food, be it breakfast, lunch, dinner or room service was first class. couldn't recommend more highly.

Мне все понравилось ! Завтрак, сервис шикарные !
Мы останавливались в 2-х типах номеров. И хотела бы отметить один момент , может для кого-то это будет важно .
Номер «лагуна « поменьше , но в солнечный день на собственной террасе можно загорать .
А номер «река « очень большой , но к сожалению на террасе не удается позагорать , так как туда почти не поступает солнце .
Однако это не мешало мне ходить и загорать около общего бассейна , где практически не было людей . Все очень удобно и комфортно !
Мы обязательно вернемся к вам еще !
