The G Hotel and Spa

The Staff are fantastic. The Spa is really nice and relaxing. My son ordered wings on the second night and to our horror one of the wings had been partially eaten…my son asked me if I was playing a joke on him putting it back but I immediately got one of the managers to make him aware of this. To my disappointment, he said he would get us another basket and that he would “have a word with the kitchen”. My son declined the offer of another order of wings as the whole incident had made him lose his appetite. We were disappointed to see that the wings were not removed from the bill even though most of them were not eaten.

Wonderful stay at the G, highly recommend. Beautiful, spacious, quiet rooms.

Clean spacious rooms with king size beds, attentive staff and nice amenities similar to what you would find in the states and unlike what you find in most European countries.

The G hotel was such a pleasure to stay in, beautiful room and the center is only about a 20min walk. We loved it and would recommend.

Amazing hotel. It's well worth being slightly outside of walking distance to popular food and drink. Hospitality and amenities made for a wonderful experience.

Some staff were very helpful and kind, some were not. Room was clean but onr glass was dirty which was off putting. Overall very nice hotel in Galway.

Very relaxing stay

I loved this hotel. The staff at reception were helpful, the hotel was in immaculate condition, the rooms were large with a deep soaker rub and seperate rain shower, the bed was comfortable and the dining options were plentiful. Great atmosphere. If I'm ever back in Galway, this is where I'm staying.

Great stay. Staff super friendly and courteous. Rooms was in perfect condition and bigger than expected. ESPA products are very high end and the extra perks of Chocolates, Tattoo and free of charge water was a really nice touch.
Breakfast was again above expectations and the staff were excellent.

Overall great staff and great food. Have four stars since there is lots of construction work still going on.

The bed was really hard and the hotel is in need of some maintenance. I asked for a mattress topper but never received one.

The food was delicious and the wait staff was very good. The massage therapists were both very good but the spa itself needs some work. Not everything worked. Also way too dark in the spa and the hotel hallways.
No mirror to blow dry your hair and no plug in the bathroom??
