Contact le confort de la literie l’accueil la gentillesse du personnel l’écoute le fait que j’ai pu changer de chambre au dernier moment car je suis handicapée et les escaliers pour moi reste compliquer j’ai pu avoir une chambre en rez de chaussée c’était super
L’absence d’un frigo car nous avions notre chien et pour garder les aliments au frais c’est un peu dificile
