In general, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Pros:

The location was prime. The lobby and breakfast area were clean. The bathrooms were very clean. Everyone was polite and respectful. Even some aspect of the room was old (marks on curtains, hole in bathroom door, marks in bathtub, the water pipes noise during showers), the room was very comfortable.

Cons:

The pool was a little bit cold. The smell in the room indicates there was smoking or maybe the carpet was old. These are the only points I think could be improved.

An ok place to stay.
Pros:

The location was great and breakfast was ok but unchanged day after day.

Cons:

The facility was “tired”, especially the bathroom. The shower did not work, the sink faucets leaked and the door and room carpet were worn.

Large, older hotel with many updates, though some areas showed wear and tear.
Pros:

The room was large. It was a first-floor room that opened into the pool/garden area, which was very nice. Parking was very convenient. Location was convenient to I-90--good for arrival and departure, but not very close to downtown attractions. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Availability of usable electrical outlets could have been better (but I've seen much worse).
The only ice machine on the first floor and one of the ice machines on the second floor were out of order

We weren’t crazy about no opening windows, but we found the air quality fine and we could it!
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The addition of fresh fruit would make it amazing and I am low sugar organic health-conscious so everything could be whole wheat, but it had a decent amount of protein and it was free, which was impressive and the potatoes were handmade.

Cons:

Both ice machines were broken and the walls and doors all over seemed a little dirty, which is kind of yuck.

Pros:

The staff, breakfast is great, the pool is amazing. Rooms need updating and they are in process of remodeling but the pool courtside rooms are perfect and the beds and pillows are comfy.

Cons:

Older and just needs a refresh and remodel but thst is already underway.

It waa dirty, there were dirty linens, towels, bugs, damp floors. Overpriced. They also hold a large amount of money compared to better hotels for incidentals.

The bed was comfy - the room is very large

Cons:

Bathroom sink was leaking - I did let them know - the tub surround was gross - the bathtub was dated and the baseboards haven’t been cleaned in quite some time
