Hands down it’s absolutely beautiful inside the pool area, there’s a gazebo and and a 7ft pool. And trees and lighting were all on point. The rooms are adjacent to the pool area and the overall layout and concept is very nice. Modern rooms, reasonable accommodation for wheelchairs and a nice hot breakfast.

Cons:

The property needs updating. The rooms have flaws, the most expensive rooms around the pool area all need updated bathrooms. The tubs are peeling, the sink’s are cracking. There are little bugs like tiny flies and some type of water bug were in my tub. The tv’s are outdated. Some of the furniture has been overly damaged from daily wear and tear. The deposit is $250, but for what! They don’t even have a bell man or bag service.

My 5 year old really enjoyed it and being able to swim in the pool. Our stay was strictly for him and he gave it a 10 out of 10 so overall I'd give it a positive rating.

Cons:

Very noisy until late hours of the night. We played thunderstorm sounds on our phone and that helped drown out a lot of the noise until there was some sort of domestic situation right outside the door. We could also very clearly hear the phone call that the people staying next to us were on. The noise traveled right through the brick wall.

I WAS THERE FOR A SPORTING EVENT AND I WAS UNABLE TO GET EARLY CHECK IN SO WHEN I ARRIVED I HAD TO CHECK IN AT 8 OCLOCK THAT NIGHT AFTER THE GAME AND THEN WHEN I DID GET MY ROOM THERE WAS A LEAK IN THE CEILING AND THE CARPET WAS COMPLETLY SOAKED THE ROOM THEY UPGRADED ME TO WAS OK BUT I THINK THEY SERIOUSLY NEED TO GIVE THERE ROOMS A PAINT JOB THE COLORS MAKE THE ROOMS LOOK SO DARK

The location was good. Close to everything.

Cons:

The room was freezing even though we had the thermostat up to 85. You could not sit next to the window because of the breeze. Heater fan was extremely loud. The bottom of the tub was chipped, the sink was cracked and the bathroom door had a hole in it. The picture below was the least damaged in the 3 rooms we looked at. Took a good 10 minutes to get hot water. The chemicals they put in the pool destroyed several of the little girls hair, they all have had to have hair treatments done. I asked for a discount and was told no, I sent an email to the hotel telling them how dissatisfied I was prior to leaving this review, they never returned my message.
