IVE NEVER BEEN THERE BEFORE AND I DOUBT I WILL BOOK THERE AGAIN

Cons:

I WAS THERE FOR A SPORTING EVENT AND I WAS UNABLE TO GET EARLY CHECK IN SO WHEN I ARRIVED I HAD TO CHECK IN AT 8 OCLOCK THAT NIGHT AFTER THE GAME AND THEN WHEN I DID GET MY ROOM THERE WAS A LEAK IN THE CEILING AND THE CARPET WAS COMPLETLY SOAKED THE ROOM THEY UPGRADED ME TO WAS OK BUT I THINK THEY SERIOUSLY NEED TO GIVE THERE ROOMS A PAINT JOB THE COLORS MAKE THE ROOMS LOOK SO DARK

I would not stay here again!
Pros:

The location was good. Close to everything.

Cons:

The room was freezing even though we had the thermostat up to 85. You could not sit next to the window because of the breeze. Heater fan was extremely loud. The bottom of the tub was chipped, the sink was cracked and the bathroom door had a hole in it. The picture below was the least damaged in the 3 rooms we looked at. Took a good 10 minutes to get hot water. The chemicals they put in the pool destroyed several of the little girls hair, they all have had to have hair treatments done. I asked for a discount and was told no, I sent an email to the hotel telling them how dissatisfied I was prior to leaving this review, they never returned my message.

Overall we had a great stay, we will be back in the future.
Pros:

Great location. It’s a 1 minute drive to the mall, you don’t even need to leave the parking lot.

Cons:

No issues. Only complaint is the key card entry did not work for our courtyard entrance, which meant after swimming you had to walk around to the main door, sorta defeating the purpose of having it.

not a good experience, will not do it again

nothing

Cons:

1. room, was terrible. cracks everywhere from the wall to the bathtub. the room definitely needs a refresh.
2. took forever (5+ minutes) to get the hot water going
3. the wall is very very thin
4. asked for the room with sofa bed, we did not get one
5. there was no complimentary coffee/tea, at anytime in the lobby, the pot is always empty
6. breakfast, honestly, go out to anywhere else and have them

Not worth the money
Pros:

The reptile event we went to was very fun!

Cons:

The room was not worth the money and the staff were unhelpful for the most part. The tub was dirty and falling apart. The heat did not work in the room. The staff member told us to turn it up to 90° and wait. Waited two hours and the room got colder. Told them we wanted to switch rooms when they proceeded to tell us they were out of king rooms and we'd have to downgrade but they couldn't offer us a refund. Maintenance finally came and said they fixed it but room was still freezing all night even set at 90°. Will not be staying here again.

We will absolutely stay again if traveling to Roswell Park Cancer Center
Pros:

We loved the location of our room facing the courtyard. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There really isn't anything we didn't like. A few people got out of control on Sunday evening after the Bills game but the bartender and security guards quickly handled it
