What I like about the property was that it was kid friendly the only thing is that it was very expensive for the water park tickets

I paid almost $500 for this room. The room came with no amenities as specified. Towels had to be requested, as well as toothpaste and toothbrushes. The room was warm.

The outdoor facilities were great but inside the hotel could use some updating.
Pros:

The facilities for kids was great, and having the all inclusive option made it a little better.

Cons:

You can tell the building was old. The bed in my room was not comfortable at all, but I know it’s not the same in all rooms because I went to a friends room and their bed was very comfortable.

I know it was a busy time as it was sold out, but when I arrived, there were only 3 people ahead of me and it took about 40 minutes before I got to the counter to check in.
