事前に宿泊代を支払いしていたのに、チェックインの時にまたお金払わされた。
View was noce
We were locked out of our room 30 minutes before checkout. We had to wait for a security guard to come open the door for us and then we had to rush to make it in time for checkout.
We tried to go to the Waterpark. When we went to get pur towels, one employee was busy and the other one just ignored us and started helping the people in line after us. After finally received our towels there was absolutely nowhere in the entire Waterpark to sit so we ended up just returning our towels and leaving. Its kind of sad when in-house guests arent allowed to use the facilities because day pass guests congest them all.

部屋が古く、内鍵が壊れていて、中に入れずこまりました。フロントに電話しても、中々こないし、来たマネージャーさんに、直ぐ直して欲しいと、伝えましたが、結局、滞在中は、内鍵を、取り外したまま、すごしました。
プールで楽しんだ
ベッドメイクがなかった。のでタオルの不足して困った。依頼したがフエイスタオルがないと言われた。
子供が思いっきり楽しめるプールやアクティビティが充実していて飽きない。ラウンジの使い勝手も良かった。
少し設備が古めだか、気にならない。
It was a resort. And some of the dinner attractions were nice
When I checked in the staff did not understand me. I think English was a second language for him. The attractions were old and had mold growing on them. The meal plan i thought was good but there was back up to get in line to eat.

The watermark looked fun. We were not there long enough to experience it but it was the best part about the resort
It was tired. The room had rust in the bathroom and it was obvious it needed a major update
Location has major shopping centers, restaurants and popular beaches either on site or close by. We love the water park, restaurant and beach on site.

No water for the guest. I ordered water but never came up. Need to go buy outside of the hotel.

What I like about the property was that it was kid friendly the only thing is that it was very expensive for the water park tickets
I didn’t like how we had to buy more tickets for kids and yes the experience was there but just to have that experience is expensive even for a local
I paid almost $500 for this room. The room came with no amenities as specified. Towels had to be requested, as well as toothpaste and toothbrushes. The room was warm.
