Prima, maar wel wat verbeterpunten voor Tulip hotels, die het heeft overgenomen van Campanile.

De locatie

Cons:

Het was behoorlijk warm op de kamer. We sliepen aan de voorzijde, een erg drukke straat. Met de ramen open veel lawaai van het verkeer, ook ‘s nachts.
Airconditioning op de kamers zou een enorme uitkomst zijn.
De waterkoker was heel vies aan de binnenkant. Het was niet alleen kalk.

Das Zimmer war modern, das Bett bequem. Lage war gut, die Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft war im Zimmer ein sehr schlechter Geruch, vermutlich vom Abfluss. Als wir ein neues Zimmer haben wollten, war angeblich alles ausgebucht. Da wir uns nicht abwimmeln ließen, wurde hektisch telefoniert und wir haben dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Das war dann gut, und zur Entschädigung gab es ein Freigetränk an der Bar und kostenloses Frühstück. Damit waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Het bed en de douche was goed

Cons:

Ik vind de prijs veel te hoog omdat de lift kapot was, tanden poetsen met je koffiebekertje ( geen glas of iets in de badkamer, geen info op de kamer over bv wifi, gelukkig geen vloerbedekking maar waarom dan 15 euro voor een hond, geen parkeerplaats dus die moest ik ook nog zelf betalen. Normaal zit ik in mercure , is kwalitatief veel beter. Ik vind dat jullie gezien de voorzieningen ( ook geen dinerfaciliteit) de helft zouden moeten terugbetalen

Was kort maar zeer bevredigend
Pros:

Wegens de omstandigheid dat mijn vrouw loopt met een rollator en op dat moment de lift defect was, was ons verblijf van korte duur. Door het enorm vriendelijke personeel zijn wij overgeboekt naar een ander hotel.

Cons:

Door mijn onbekendheid met internet heb ik de melding van het hotel gemist dat de lift defect was.
Ik had ook niet geweten wat dan te doen omdat betaling aan uw hotel al geregeld was.

An okay place to stay.
Pros:

The location was excellent for exploring Zwolle. The room was modern, well laid out and had everything needed for the stay. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning in the room, despite it being newly refurbished. The large window was awkward to leave open. The hotel is on a very busy, noisy msn road. The lift was out of order and I was informed it’s likely to be so for 6 months. The room wasn’t very clean.
