Renovatie haalt de jeu eraf

De locatie

Cons:

Dat er een grootschalige renovatie plaatsvond. Haalt beetje de allure weg van een luxe nachtje weg. Vooral de ontvangst was zeer improvisorische. De renovatie was bij boeken ook niet bekend. Pas in de communicatie na boeken. Ik vind de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding dan wel ver onder de maat.

Die Lage am Rande der Altstadt. Das Bad wurde gereinigt.

Cons:

Das Hotel befindet sich seit langem in einer Renovierungsphase. Das wurde uns aber erst nach der verbindlichen Buchung über Booking Com mitgeteilt. Das Frühstücksbuffet (18 € p. P.) war mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Die Betten wurden nicht gemacht. Deutscher TV-Empfang war nicht möglich.

Alles war schmutzig, staubig und dreckig.

Goede kamer, goed bed, goed ontbijt

Cons:

De receptie geeft geen informatie, alleen een toegangskaartje. Wij waren in de veronderstelling dat het parkeren buiten het hotel voor een etmaal was, echter was voor een dag. Jammer, dikke boete van 83,-.
Mensen komen voor het eerst, hotel was in de verbouwing, dus je hebt vragen. En dan vindt ik het informeren mbt parkeergelegenheid toch wel erg belangrijk. Op deze manier werd het een heel duur verblijf.

Aangenaam, maar te warm om te slapen.
Pros:

Het hotel is dichtbij het centrum, wat het voor een citytrip heel aangenaam maakt. De kamer was superschoon en het sanitair nieuw en onberispelijk.

Cons:

De kamer werd algemeen verwarmd en ik had niet de keuze om het uit te zetten. Ik hou van slapen in frisse lucht, maar dat kreeg ik niet voor elkaar.

Zimmer und Personal, sowie die Lage des Hotels war soweit in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das man aber quasi durch eine Baustelle läuft, weil das Hotel während des laufenden Betriebes saniert wird,grenzt für den Preis inklusive Parkplatz für 181 Euro, natürlich ohne Frühstück, an eine Zumutung. Der zusätzliche Preis für das Frühstück ist mit 18€ p.P. im Rahmen für das was angeboten wird

Geen geluidsoverlast gehad maar was toch verblijven op een vervallen hotel enerzijds en bouwwerf anderzijds. Veel te duur geprijsd voor vergeleken met wat andere hotels bieden, gebaseerd op 30 jaar zakelijk reizen. Vuile lakens, etensgeur, grauw en bouwvallig

De kamer had een upgrade gehad. Dat is positief. Echter blijft het best benauwd in de ruimte.

Cons:

Het hotel is grotendeels een bouwput. Dat maakte het echt een afknapper.

De meeste mensen moeten via het stalen trappenhuis huis van beneden naar boven door de verbouw. Als je kamer dan direct naast die trap zit heb je vanaf 6:00 uur in de ochtend al veel lawaai.

Locatie top, kamers netjes en schoon

Cons:

Het hotel is aan het renoveren. Prima, maar dit staat niet vermeld als je boekt via Booking. De receptie is slecht zichtbaar en het ontbijt heeft ook aan luxe ingeboet.

Het was mijn derde verblijf hier, maar het ontbijt viel tegen. Wat er is, is goed en vers. Maar door de verbouwing is het allemaal wat springen en manoeuvreren langs bouwvakkers en gereedschap. Op zich niet erg, maar ik had het netjes gevonden, als ik dit bij boeking had geweten.
