Tolle Lage des Hotels und sehr nettes Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war wirklich sehr nett und bemüht. Die Lage des Hotels ist nah am Zentrum. Das Frühstück war Ordnung.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße hin, und es war sehr laut. Da das Zimmer leider keine Klimaanlage hatte, mussten wir das Fenster geöffnet lassen und konnten so schlecht schlafen.

Хороший отель, полностью оправдал ожидания. В номере чисто и уютно, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Особенно порадовала удобная кровать — удалось отлично выспаться. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, заселение прошло быстро. Расположение тоже вполне удачное, всё близко. Никаких минусов во время отдыха не заметил, так что смело могу рекомендовать этот вариант.

Bon et Bien situé
Pros:

L'Emplacement est idéal pour visiter le centre de Zwolle. (Une très belle petite ville).

Cons:

L'ascenseurs en panne (fin août 2026)
Local pour les vélo beaucoup trop petit. Mais l'hôtel a trouvé une solution pour qu'on puisse les mettre à l'abris.

Pros:

De ruime kamer en fijne bedden. Veel licht. Smart televisie.

Cons:

De lift was buiten gebruik en we zaten op de bovenste etage. Veel sjouwen met onze tassen. Onze fietsen konden niet in de fietsenstalling.

Die Lage des Hotels war super.

Cons:

Die Reinigung des Zimmers ist innerhalb von 4 Tagen nur einmal erfolgt. Die Seife war bei Ankunft schon leer.

Die Optik/Gestaltung der Zimmer und das freundliche Personal

Cons:

Leider war an dem Wochenende unseres Besuchs ein Stadtfest in Zwolle. Durch die Nähe zum Zentrum und Straße war es in der Nacht extrem laut. Im Hotelzimmer hat man noch sehr viel davon gehört, weil die Wände und Fenster sehr dünn wirken beziehungsweise Geräusche nicht gut abfangen können.
