Inn on St Ann

So disappointed if you qee looking for luxury this is definitely not the place to go .Ròms so basic and definitely not what we expected

If you're looking for frills, Inn On St. Ann is not for you. That said, it does offer the quirks and charms of a VERY old building. The location in the Quarter is very convenient to local attractions and offers quick access to the Rampart streetcar.
The neighborhood felt as safe as any place in the Quarter.

The room was clean and quiet, had good air conditioning and a very comfortable king sized bed. Odd, quick flashes of light from the bathroom (no window) at random times throughout the night may have been either supernatural or electrical.

The desk at this property is only staffed from 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, making late check-in a problem. The digital key option that was offered did not work properly, and was a pain to enroll and set up. Help can be found at the nearby Inn On St Peter.
Reasonable rates helped offset the digital key frustration.

Great location and helpful staff

The entrance and courtyard seemed very safe, the rooms clean, but we did have to track down cleaning staff to get towels. Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms seemed clean, but watch for any food that had air units over the door. The condensation dripping in front of the door will get you. We didn’t see any, but the folks were upset because they saw 2 roaches on the floor the first night. They probably came under the door, because we didn’t see anything. If you don’t stay in the main building of Inn at St Anne, you may get located across and down the street a few doors, so you will have to cross the street to run and get ice. I personally liked the location, but if you haven’t been to the quarter, there is always a lot of walking. If you can’t handle walking about 1/2 mile, Uber or Lyft will be happy to drive you to your destination

AMAZING staff! AMAZING location! Rooms VERY clean! SUPER convenient location! Walkable to LOTS!!! Older (historical?) building so no elevator to third floor we were placed but we were ok with that. It would be ideal to have small refrigerator and microwave in rooms. We had to be strategic when going out to eat to ensure we ordered just enough so we wouldn’t have leftovers. Also, room temperature drinks are not what was craved on hot - humid days when walking back into our room. But overall, we had a PHENOMENAL stay!!

Our favorite hotel. Love the courtyard. The staff are always super nice and helpful. Can't beat the area! Easy walking around The Quarter or just a quick Uber away. Lots of shopping, eating, and bars around.

A truly amazing property.

This hotel was idea for the festival that were steps from the door! The room was clean and neat! The bed was a little noisy from just sitting on it but everything was great!

I would advise this hotel to invest in do not disturb signs as the housekeeping knocks on the door at random times like 8am and 9am; they should also be more soft spoken as the yelling when they know visitors are sleeping was kind of annoying! But other than that it was great!

Beautiful, historic hotel very close to the French Quarter.

This was an absolute jewel of a spot in the French Quarter. Clean, quiet, comfortable. It's an historic building that has been renovated and it is lovely. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. We needed refrigeration for insulin (we had been refilling an ice bucket) and within an hour a small fridge was delivered to put room.
Just a fantastic spot to stay.

Inn on St Ann is a cute property with just a short walk from Bourbon Street. The facilities are well kept and the staff was lovely. Dwayne was the best! I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was amazing, Ryan came out at almost midnight to help me get in my room. I was literally a 20 minute walk tops from everything I wanted to do this trip. Already thinking of my next trip!!!

Everything was great till I went outside and sit in the patio area and water started leaking everywhere while I sit outside overhead coming from second floor must be a sprinkler system, and as I walk outside, I stepped in a puddle of water outside of my room
